The night shift manager is horrible. Went in for door dash waited 29 minutes, another dasher was there 40 and regular customer waited 45 minutes for a vanilla shake. There was also 5 other people in lobby waiting for orders. They would only take drive thru orders and completely ignored the people in lobby. If and when we were paid any attention to the night manager would only freak out in Spanish which I personally don’t understand.

tonight was a disaster. placed a mobile order only to find the lobby doors were locked when I arrived, at least 3 managers were visible chatting to several non-employees. how is one to get their mobile order when the doors are locked? well I tried the drive thru. when I finally got to the speaker to tell the staff I was there to pick up my order, I was told the doors were unlocked.....went back around to find a manager frantically unlocking the doors. it took over 20 minutes to...read full review
