Stood inside for 10 minutes waiting, went out to drive through and just opened my bag to ice cold food.
Did they screw up so many orders that they have a ton of mistakes on a shelf they need to get rid of?
Called and the 1st "manager" was a female that my speak English
2nd was a female that barely spoke English, then a 3rd (male) "manager" got on the phone and actually spoke english so he understood what I was saying...
Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!!!

I usually order out via DoorDash but that’s not my issue. I’ve had McDonald’s a few times now since reopening and each time I get a sweet tea cause it’s always been my favorite go to drink. Each time I’ve gotten it feels like a waste of money. It always tastes like someone took it and threw it into the dumpster mixed it around n somehow put it back into the cup. It’s been so disappointing it makes me question going to this specific location.

Guadalupe the manager is horrible. Went in for door dash waited 29 minutes, another dasher was there 40 and regular customer waited 45 minutes for a vanilla shake. There was also 5 other people in lobby waiting for orders. They would only take drive thru orders and completely ignored the people in lobby. If and when we were paid any attention to the night manager would only freak out in Spanish which I personally don’t understand.
Swinging her arms around. Walked away and started throwing things around like a 4 year old.
The Spanish door dasher said that she stated, she doesn’t care, she has no employees ( 7 plus her is 8) and she won’t rush for anyone. This is not the first time I have had to deal with this woman. She is horrible with no people skills and obviously can’t mutli task. Would love to speak to a GM but no contact information is ever allowed to be given.

The shorter female manager with glasses is super sweet. Hire more like her.. too bad she is quitting now.

And you will have Guadalupe in charge?!?
Shut the place down is she is lead manager.
She will run all the customers off.

Parking: Once your in a space you can’t get out. After remodel you are trapped by drive-thru

They had me pull into the spot where if your food's not ready. Everything was cold.
I guess my food was ready they were just too lazy to give it to me lazy losers.

Food and coffee was ok. Coffee was more bitter than usual. Took a while for a small order. Girl came to window and was mumbling something. No apology or thanks for waiting. No have a good day or anything. Bad service

Recently remodeled, less access parking, although saw handicap stickers on door, did not see easy way to open heavy doors and a curb to get over. Miss the old layout with kids play center, just didn't feel friendly. Also did no
t see any refillable self service drink station, condiments or napkins and unused tables of various sizes and colors all needing a good wipe down.

Kid-friendliness: No more playground

Wheelchair accessibility: Doors where heavy and u had to overcome a small curb to get in front door

Mega Hempisphere

The new drive-thru is a big improvement but the interior design is about keeping servers away from customers. It's uninspired and undesired, they have a couple screens inside to order from, instead of speaking directly to anyone. If I go inside to order, it's with a person, not a computer monitor.

This location sucks. Their very unpersonable setup sucks, and, they played us. We couldnt get our rewards points bc theres no service and the wifi doesnt work. Typically youd be able to get your rewards points after with the receipt but we couldnt even do that because this location sucks.

We had just checked out of a hotel w our kids, decided to go to McDonalds for breakfast and actually eat inside, and it was pathetic and deserted and ran by robots. The staff is basically blocked off so they dont even have to deal with, or look at the customers unless they go out their way to do so.

You have no choice but to order your food at a kiosk and the kiosks dont even give you a receipt. So not only was i not able to get any of my free items or specials, but i didnt get any points towards future purchases either.

I will never visit this location again. And my food got cold and soggy bc i had to wait forever for a worker to come to the counter since they didnt give us any sauce or forks for our breakfast. It was just terrible all around. The McDonalds in Worcester are way better.

Kid-friendliness: Its not friendly at all. It Not kid friendly, adult friendly, or human friendly at all.
