There’s only kiosks so you have to put the order in yourself, and then the staff can’t handle putting the fries in the bag of a $5 meal deal. There is also no fountain drink so when they fill it with ice you get maybe 3 sips out of your soda. All your technology and corner cutting makes me remember why I stopped eating at McDonald’s. It’s worse every time I try to go back.

Stop by today with my wife granddaughter service poor friendly NO food took awhile the only ones in the restaurant food warm will not return costs me $21 for 21 dollars I can buy frozen hamburgers and buns and cheese for a week

Be prepared to wait 20 plus mins inside when picking up food no matter if you order 1 item or 10, the drive-thru is a bit quicker; but not by much. Food is usually made wrong, is burnt to the point its inedible, is undercooked, or im usually missing items from my order. Theres always employees sitting in the bathroom or outside, leaving 1 or 2 people to do everything; which is probably why it takes so long to get food. & im not sure of her name, but theres 1 manager who works there; whos rude as hell to customers & its appalling. Ever since they remodeled here, the quality, service, & staff have gone way downhill! I'd avoid going here, & go to sturbridge or charlton. I have no idea how this place is still open, if you read reviews here they're all the same & no form of management at mcdonalds seems to care.

After MANY multitude of times ordering from this McDonald's I've received wrong orders, rude service and have waited for a meal for over 20 minutes. I've never been one to complain about anything. They don't get recipts so you can't complain about your order and so you can't do anything like get money back or show them that your order is wrong. This has happened to me many times so now I'm mad enough to leave this heated review. ENJOY MCDONALD'S!

Its a kiosk type order, I never did that type of order before, but it was easy. The manager came out from back work area to check and see us & made sure our orders were correct. Very clean & manager had pleasantly asked us if we were all set (order), our orders were ready very quickly ready.

I came and waited in the drive through with nobody ahead of me for 15 minutes before getting someone over the speaker, then proceeded to be told that they were out of every single thing I wanted from many different parts of the menu. Very rude service.

Orders are very slow here.. used the mobile app.. didn't order anything crazy just a quarter pounder meal...went to pick up at drive thru and forced to the dreaded pick up hold lanes for parking. I sat and watched others order at drive thru and breeze right thru with their food . What's the point of the app if you cook everything to order

Multiple times orders have been wrong and or missing stuff the lack of knowledge effort and pride with this staff here is deplorable. The manager should be ashamed of themselves. This facility should just be closed even after the renovations it is garbage

This place is disgusting. I ordered a double quarter pounder and was given a sandwich with a bun so stale it was hard as a rock and it was also soaked in grease. I took one bite and spit it out. I returned the sandwich to the employees without asking for a refund or to remake it because they should know better.

Bought breakfast 2 egg mcmuffins and a sausage Mc muffin with egg and 2 hash browns. Totally sucked. Hash browns were cold the muffins were hard as a rock and burnt. Personally they should just tear the McDonald's down. I would've been better off to just throw my $21 out the windows. Never again.

We had a really frustrating experience at this location. After waiting an exorbitant amount of time in the drive-thru, we were asked to pull ahead and park in spot #1 to receive our food. When it finally came out, everything was lukewarm and not fresh at all — definitely not what we expect from McDonald’s.
It’s disappointing because this should be a quick, reliable stop, but the long wait and poor food quality really missed the mark. Hoping management sees this and makes some improvements, because this location could be so much better with a little more care and attention.

Bought a cheeseburger, they literally put 2 pieces of cold cheese on my hamburger, did not melt the cheese. It was awful. Will not go there again.
