If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the worst McDonalds. Management is awful and therefore the staff isn’t trained well. They take over 20 mins to get you drinks and if you dare order food plan on waiting upwards of 45 mins. Food and drinks never come out correct and the manager doesn’t care to fix anything so you’ll just end up eating a wrong order. Worth driving to ANY other McDonalds.

My food was really dry and the service was really slow and the workers had an attitude and I was gonna ask one of the workers something but the. she walked away but she was just in the register with another person she saw me but proceeded to walk away

I’ve been a McDonald’s lover for almost 32 years and when I tell you this has got to be one of the most unprofessional slow and careless McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I will never be going back to this place. You are going to spend no less than 20 minutes waiting for anything at any time. Sadly I will never be returning back to this location. Hopefully you guys can figure it out at some point.

Stood inside for 10 minutes waiting, went out to drive through and just opened my bag to ice cold food.
Did they screw up so many orders that they have a ton of mistakes on a shelf they need to get rid of?
Called and the 1st "manager" was a female that my speak English
2nd was a female that barely spoke English, then a 3rd (male) "manager" got on the phone and actually spoke english so he understood what I was saying...

I usually order out via DoorDash but that’s not my issue. I’ve had McDonald’s a few times now since reopening and each time I get a sweet tea cause it’s always been my favorite go to drink. Each time I’ve gotten it feels like a waste of money. It always tastes like someone took it and threw it into the dumpster mixed it around n somehow put it back into the cup. It’s been so disappointing it makes me question going to this specific location.

Guadalupe the manager is horrible. Went in for door dash waited 29 minutes, another dasher was there 40 and regular customer waited 45 minutes for a vanilla shake. There was also 5 other people in lobby waiting for orders. They would only take drive thru orders and completely ignored the people in lobby. If and when we were paid any attention to the night manager would only freak out in Spanish which I personally don’t understand.

The Spanish door dasher said that she stated, she doesn’t care, she has no employees ( 7 plus her is 8) and she won’t rush for anyone. This is not the first time I have had to deal with this woman. She is horrible with no people skills and obviously can’t mutli task. Would love to speak to a GM but no contact information is ever allowed to be given.

The shorter female manager with glasses is super sweet. Hire more like her.. too bad she is quitting now.

They had me pull into the spot where if your food's not ready. Everything was cold.

Recently remodeled, less access parking, although saw handicap stickers on door, did not see easy way to open heavy doors and a curb to get over. Miss the old layout with kids play center, just didn't feel friendly. Also did no
t see any refillable self service drink station, condiments or napkins and unused tables of various sizes and colors all needing a good wipe down.
Kid-friendliness: No more playground
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors where heavy and u had to overcome a small curb to get in front door
Recommended dishes: Hamburger
The new drive-thru is a big improvement but the interior design is about keeping servers away from customers. It's uninspired and undesired, they have a couple screens inside to order from, instead of speaking directly to anyone. If I go inside to order, it's with a person, not a computer monitor.
