Its a kiosk type order, I never did that type of order before, but it was easy. The manager came out from back work area to check and see us & made sure our orders were correct. Very clean & manager had pleasantly asked us if we were all set (order), our orders were ready very quickly ready.

I was in drive thru 2 hours ago, I got a large ice coffee with 4 mocha, 4 caramel, 4 cream with 4 liquid sugars. I was under the impression that any size was 138 all day. Nope. It was Brittany & another young lady. I was short & the young lady covered. Give them a raise 👏. Amazing work. Thank you sooo muchh!

The new drive-thru is a big improvement but the interior design is about keeping servers away from customers. It's uninspired and undesired, they have a couple screens inside to order from, instead of speaking directly to anyone. If I go inside to order, it's with a person, not a computer monitor.
