We stopped by Scoops of Hope for lunch and ice cream today on our way through Sturbridge and were not disappointed. It was a little out of our way, but was well worth the detour.

We tried two of the grill cheese varieties and they were both excellent. The crispy chicken salad was very good, too-- it actually had real spring mix lettuce. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, as they should be.

Scoops of Hope is a very cute and clean icecream shop! This was our first visit and the staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome. The homemade icecream is made in small batches and has no additives!! I had delicious, creamy pumpkin oreo on a fresh waffle cone! PS The hot fudge is good, also!!! Thank you for making a great place to get premium quality icecream We will definitely be back to try more flavors!!!
Scoops of Hope is a division of the Center of Hope Foundation that provides employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Alongside that, the ice cream here is delicious and creamy. Every flavor is made from scratch (with the exception of the toppings), and they don’t use any premixes, preservatives, or artificial stabilizers.
