This is a really rad place for drinks and music. I was only in town for a bit, but would love this as my regular hangout. I'll keep coming back whenever I'm in town.

No food but their drinks are wicked good. I usually try to order at.least one of their specials every time I visit. if you do get the munchies, the Cumberland farms is quite close (maybe a 5 minute walk away) and they have hot foods usually til midnight...but plenty of cold sandwiches and other gas station staples.
Parking: I'd recommend parking in the RMV lot right across the street or along the street.
