Excellent cashier and service.

It is one of my favorite grocery stores. This place is clean, and the employees are pleasant, helpful, and eager. I always go back. The steaks are great.

Sushi is always top-notch for store quality

Nice store. One complaint: They sell donuts individually. They sell muffins individually. They sell cupcakes and eclairs individually. But for some reason they only sell bagels in four packs. What the heck guys?

Excellent supermarket no matter which one you go to.

Ok, if I make a special trip to the Big Y , just for the wing bar. Then I expect it to be full. Every time I go there, it is empty. Is there a reason why the employees can't fill it? I'm wasting my gas to go there.
I don't understand, if your the going to advertise your wing bar, maybe you should have the products there.
Very disappointed! Nothing has changed , months later. The wing bar is always empty. Why bother to advertise this?
It really pisses me off, when I make a special trip and the trays are empty. I have been there during the times advertised. And, still empty.
Don't care if I sound bitchy, I'm making a point. It's too bad we only have 1 grocery store in this town.

8-21-24 for some time know there's been a little problem at courtesy desk I've noticed one employee seems to have a problem with certain people!? to be working with the public AND be like that I will not give her name because that's not a nice thing to do I always try to give very good reviews for this I AM sorry but will be going out of town now for main shopping AND dropping My review down to two Stars it's still a nice store

The most clean and organized big y I’ve ever been in!

I preferred place to shop from Granby. Clean store, good produce and meats, good selection.

Always a great place to shop. I drive up from Granby as this is the best big grocery store in the area

They make pizza

They no longer slice deli meats on request, if there's something presliced that less than five days old.

I usually love this place and everyone is so friendly but the lady behind the customer service desk today was so rude. I was getting bottle slips redeemed and she seemed annoyed and then two cans didn’t go through so I explained I had the same kind work and for whatever reason it was the barcode maybe? She rang me out for the slips so I asked again if she could do the the two cans because she never responded to me the first time. Then she said it’s a sep transaction so she handed me the cash and I was waiting for the sep transaction she basically waved me away and said it was all set and I just said oh sorry you said it was a sep transaction and very rudely she said yes for me and I said oh ok thanks and walked away. If you don’t want to be nice to people def don’t work in customer service.

Clean. Well stocked.

Without debate the best Big Y in Southwick.... maybe the world!
