The owner is very polite and passionate about his business. I wish I took a picture but when he brought out this massive plate of food I could not just feast my eyes any longer. Got some brisket for Christmas and was very pleased with it! It was tender and smokey and everything you want in a good brisket. It was also a great portion for the price. I was able to have leftovers for 2 days after the initial meal. It's gone now and I'm very sad. Nothing to do but order more!
