Went for Father’s Day, got sat immediately and waited 15 minutes before seeing a server. The restaurant was not busy with more than half their tables empty. Received meat when veggie option was ordered and had water spilled on our table by the food runner who did not clean up the spill. Would have asked our server for some help but she didn’t give us her name and was there to take our order and drop the check. But it’s ok, they gave us 50% off the wrong food item.

My sister took me here for my 57th birthday and we enjoyed a wonderful brunch. I would recommend for anyone to stop by and try one of their wonderful teas and something to eat.

I’ve been there 3×. 1st two times the food was absolutely incredible where the service was absolutely horrendous. This last time food was absolutely horrible. Everything was super greasy. The omelette was cooked with the wrong meat. They took it back, took the meat out of the omelette and then put the new meat in it so they left pieces of the old meat still in it. Service was worse than the first two times had to get up to ask for water because they couldn’t see that the water glasses were empty, even though there was no other people in the restaurant whatsoever.

Stopped in on a weekday for breakfast. Mostly empty dining room so the service was quick and very friendly. The menu is expansive and with tabs so you can quickly find what you're looking for. The breakfast portions were large and the food we had was good but we would need to eat a lot more meals there before I could say all the food was as good as what we had. We will definitely go back to try more.
Food was just ok for the price. I enjoyed their restaurant in West Springfield years ago better than the Southwick location.

Super yummy restaurant I stumbled upon when driving to Southwick . They have high quality tea selection so if you into teas beyond your regular tea bag tea this place is wonderful for that. I've had the breakfast crepe. It was so delicious. The options were a bit overwhelming to me from the menu but the waitress helped me out to narrow it down to ultimately great choice. I would love to come back with friends. If you are eastern European it is extra wonderful treat because they have a lot of foods from there. Plenty of parking , beautiful decorations - I loved the fruit display in the entryway and atmosphere though I was there in an odd time so there weren't many other people there ..

Very cute, quaint restaurant. The food was very very good. Menu really is unique. That was my first time there so it was a little confusing. I feel the waitstaff should have explained things but really was not much help. And really didn't even understand what I wanted nor that i was confused. I'm going to go back but will ask more questions.
