Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, didn't have any bacon on it, and was honestly on par with a cumbies chicken sandwich, wishing I'd just gone and spent $4 on one at the gas station not $15 on one from here.

Showed up Saturday morning at 10:30. Busy, sure. 5 minutes went by and we got a nice cozy booth. Ordered, simple stuff. 45 minutes and nothing…whole time our 1 year old daughter is in high chair with snacks.. finally had to abort with no food. Explained situation to hostess. Still charged us full price. Waited another 15 minutes for stuff to go. NEVER GOING BACK

We have frequented here for years. We went in for breakfast yesterday, first time this summer. I didn’t recognize the staff at all. It was very busy. We sat ourselves and waited, and waited, and waited. Another couple came in 10 minutes after we did sitting next to us. The waitress took their drink orders, totally ignoring us. She came back with their coffees and took their order. She started to walk away when I got her attention and she put her finger up, saying I’m busy I’ll be back. Came back, took the drink order. 10 minutes later came back with a drink order and took the breakfast order. At the same time, she told us how busy she was. When she came back with the breakfast, she asked if we wanted anything else, and gave us the bill, saying “in case I can’t get back to you, here’s the bill. Really? She gave herself an excuse, for her lack of attentiveness. I have seen the hash house jammed, and the regular wait staff were always attentive, no matter how busy it was. Friendly, chatty, and made you feel welcome. My husband‘s toast was cold, the eggs were not cooked over easy, and the potatoes were piled high on his plate, which she had told her he didn’t want any,($14.95) and she never came back to refill my husband‘s coffee, without him having to waive her over. We were sitting at one of the booths by the back wall. She walked by us numerous times. She’s tall, blondish hair up in a bun, in case anybody’s wondering. We’re never going back to the Hash house, and that’s a guarantee! it would’ve been nice if she stopped and asked us, or my husband, I only had a glass of water, no breakfast, how his meal, was, or would he like anything else. That didn’t happen, because she already gave us the bill and informed us that she might be too busy to stop by the table again.

The owner is a vapid woman who abused customers with service animals, if you have that gall; atleast serve edible food. Reading that other review makes me want to clean that plate with her teeth. Charging the VICTIM of your anger issues 8$ for a plate .. says broke & struggling to make ends meet. Take a bite out of their food and youll see why. Slop food, nasty insecure owner/manager. By the way- a simple google search will tell you service animals don’t need a vest, but they DO have a verification ID. Idiot.

Stopped in on my way through this afternoon for some lunch. The first server we had had an attitude, and then when we were ready to order, they ignored us for almost 10 minutes. Then another server came over, and I ordered chicken noodle soup and half a BLT, and my mom ordered clam chowder. First, the server didn't know if the chowder was homemade but "thinks so." But she was friendly and sweet at the time. When part of the order arrived, it was just my sandwich with onion rings. The third server was oblivious to the fact that we hadn't received soup. Took another 5 min for the first server to come out with 2 cups of chicken noodle soup. I told her one was supposed to be clam chowder, and she said they don't have chowder today.. She then said, "Do you want it or not?"" A few min later, server #2 came over and said she didn't realize they had no chowder, and we didn't say anything, but it was irritating. She never apologized for the mistake as this was supposed to be my mom's lunch. And said very loudly in front of the restaurant, "You know I am only human and we do make mistakes too," and stared at us like we were supposed to tell her it was OK. We had never made a comment, nor were we rude about it, for her to be so rude. People need to get a grip and learn customer service. Would not return.
