The employees working here need a big lesson in customer service, namely not cutting off their customers when asking a question. Possibly consider updating your menu to a board that's actually visible from inside the vehicle, instead of the dusty, scratched, and completely illegible menu thats currently in your drivethrough. Im very glad I left without spending any money at this absolute joke of a location.

I forgot my breakfast so I had to stop. My bacon egg cheese on a croissant was disgusting. Something was genuinely wrong with the croissant it seems like it was old and toasted like 3 or 4 times. Completely hard and crunchy like a cracker and brown...Waste of time money and now I'm hungry.

I’ve been going to Dunkin for years and it’s good. There’s certainly better food out there, but it’s pretty good for the cheap prices. The bagels are decent, but I’ve noticed Dunkin has been slowly limiting their menu as the years have gone on, which is disappointing. However, if you need a quick bite, I’d recommend Dunkin for an inexpensive option.

ADAM refused to sell anything other than hot coffee and donuts at 7:30pm and closing was 9pm. He aslo refused to give me the managers contact information. The 2 cars ahead of me were also turned down orders and angrily pulled out. I wonder how much $ this location lost bc its employees are too lazy to work...? Dont bother going here after dark unless you ONLY want hot coffee and donuts. What a joke...

Bought a small regular coffee and when I got my coffee it was Black , with no sugar and no cream , and the coffee had no flavor at all , it looked like dirty water, so I left the place discusted, and I'll never go there again.

The blonde guy who works there around 4-5 pm cannot make a correct order to save his life. i needed to leave work just now i feel so horrible with heat flashes/ extreme nausea. i go there frequently before work and every time he is there something is wrong. even after i ask for it to be remade. i have worked at 500 different fast food places, its not very difficult to just make an iced coffee or sandwich+ it's never even busy when i go. i'm pretty lenient when it comes to food so it takes a lot to get me frustrated.

The mens bathroom is disgusting along with sink and toilet being out of date. Been there 4 days in a row, the dirt and pieces of toilet paper are in the same spot. Obviously this and most every Dunkin I've been to has been awesome. What some people maybe don't know is that in the Northeast there are Dunkin's on every street corner; however growing up in the South... Virginia specifically, Krispy Kreme is King. I will say that Duncan has some incredible variety, always tasty and fresh (not stale) somehow... The only way that Krispy Kreme is a contender/superior is when you are able to eat a freshly glazed freshly-baked Krispy Kreme plain donut... Dunkin ain't got nothing on that one thing! Nothing beats Dunkin donuts coffee though :-).
