This store is a complete disaster!!! I placed a $26 mobile order this morning around 9:30 am and when I arrived, the store was closed and all of the employees were leaving and getting in their cars. This is the third time in the last month and a half that I placed a mobile order and arrived to a closed store. Unfortunately the orders were placed and paid for and then it’s a run around trying to get your money back. Ultimately I reordered from another location, but it ended up costing me over $50 for breakfast this morning. Avoid this location, there are much better options and you will actually get service. Unfortunately you have to select a star to leave a review, but this place isn’t worthy of a single star. The owners of this location should just shut it down.
This store is extremely disappointing. Half the time they're out of eggs, but they never SAY that on the mobile app, so you pay for an egg sandwich and get a bagel with cream cheese (as if that's in any way an equivalent substitution). Even when you actually get what you ordered, the preparation is extremely inconsistent. Overall, I would avoid this and go somewhere else.

Cleaner than the one in the center of town but the drive thru experience is not ideal, very slow
I think they finally fired the staff whith attitudes but how do you possibly run out of eggs 3 times in one week. I blame poor management for this constant error. Get it together Dunkin. If I did my job like this I wouldn't have one. The end!

Honestly even giving 1 star is a little bit too much. The man at the window never told us the price and we repeatedly had to ask for the correct thing. While we were waiting, this woman who I assume is the lady taking your order in the drive through who thinks it’s okay to talk over you while you order, she told us to “go.” I’m not really sure how a paying customer deserves to be talked to like that.. butttttt I guess she thinks so. I ordered a refresher with LEMONADE and I was given a refresher with green tea and they literally fought us on it, she claimed we “had to have ordered it at the window” but is she wasn’t busy talking over us, she would have heard that we in fact, DID order it with lemonade. I’m not sure if the guy at the window was doing his morning workout or what but they need to get their stuff together. Worst Dunkin ever.

Usually has the best sandwiches in area for Dunkin but today got a burnt egg and cheese with cold English muffin.

Visited Saturday, 6/15/2024 about 1:20PM. Workers only paid attention to the drive thru and completely ignored the front registers. I've probably been to at least 200 different DD locations and this may have been the worst service of them all. I decided to go home and make myself some coffee. On the plus side, while waiting for no service, I noticed their menu prices were cheaper than many other DD locations I frequent.

Worst customer service. Girl making fun of us asking for whoop cream for frozen chocolate on intercom that we could hear while ordering in drive though. 6:50 pm.

This one by McDonald's in southwick is not a good choice again parking lot empty one person there me 10 minutes and gives me a medium says I no it should be extra large do you want me to start over the girl that waited on me was slurring her words feel real bad for the owner
Went here the other day and had the best service! The 2 people working were so nice and our order was perfect!

Wen't back in to return a chorizo wrap that the cashier said was big. Paid $5 for this little thing, and just wanted a regular breakfast sandwich to replace it. I told her it was smaller than she told me, and she got very unprofessional, irate, and started yelling at me after I said, "thats not how you treat a customer". Then she swore at me, after the manager came over, and I suggested she should be fired for mistreating a customer! Then another employee (male kid) told me to get the f out! I have been going through drive through for over a year there, and because of the poor service, I had decided to go in, and received even worse service. This girl was kinda young, had a face piercing and a little heavy set. Can not belive she still has a job! The boy had almost shoulder length blond hair, and was skinny. Lucky for this horrible lunch crew, I will never return to this location, nor will the other field service people I know after hearing of this. Thank god there are other dunkins around to support.
