The ambience is amazing. In the summer, I enjoy pulling my boat up and walking to have good food overlooking the lake. The staff is incredible and super friendly. The owner is always walking around, shaking hands with everybody and being friendly making sure everybody is happy.. The restaurant manager is amazing always constantly asking me if Iām happy with my food and service. The bartenders the waitresses everybody is awesome. The new cook is amazing and the food is great. I highly recommend trying them out. I am extremely pleased as a customer.

Love Fusion Bar & Grill! Beautifully set on the lake plus great staff, food & drinks. I'm not only a patron but I've performed there several times solo acoustically and it's one of the best venues to play and enjoy live music at in Western Massachusetts as well

I came to this amazing establishment with my staff to celebrate. Daymien, Shane were absolutely amazing. The food was outstanding. I highly recommend!
The staff here is always attentive and happy to see you! In the warmer months you canāt beat the outdoor seating area but even in the winter itās a huge wrap around bar, great liquor selection, and a warm atmosphere. The food is consistently very good and the bar bites are excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Hopefully Fusion management will read this review and up their game. We started out with stale rolls, had that leathery chewy texture and microwaved taste. The steak tips were the same quality as big Y, tough and average taste. Fried fish I think was previously frozen, the coating was coming off in patches. The portion sizes were fine. Our server was fine as well. The remodeling is good and the location on the lake is great. For the price, there's much better options. I was really hoping for this to be a home run, being so close to home but not impressed.

Itās been a very long time since weāve had food this bad. The fries were cold, and the sandwiches were both cold AND wet. Yes, WET. Sandwiches shouldnāt be wet. Maybe salads or gazpacho. It was inedible.
The burger tasted like it was made with liquid smoke, and a lot of it. Itās like someone found it after it fell off the grill and rubbed it with burnt charcoal. Gross. We only had a couple bites and left the food behind. We told our waitperson about it and they couldnāt care less.
Itās too bad since it is a beautiful spot on the lake. It was a waste of our time and money. Easy to see why we wonāt be back. Unless they seriously change their kitchen staff, good luck. At least they couldnāt ruin bottled beer.
