Now THAT was a roast beef sandwich !!The 2 cheesey sauces created an amazing flavor. The meat was fresh & seasoned well, the fresh baked bread roll was soft & nicely textured.I wish there were a couple more central locations around so I could get this more often !

We just tried the new Westfield MA location. It's their first day open. I loved the atmosphere right away. The placement of the menu is great, it is huge and lower on the wall than the Southwick location. Plenty of seating & great music playing. I'm so glad they chose to offer dine in as well as take out. We both ordered the Ultimate BLT and Chili for a side. Service was fast and friendly, staff working great together (the kitchen is visible which I like). Most importantly, the food was fantastic. Of course the bread is by far, the best around but I love the homemade pickles best. The sandwich was so filling, we took home 80% off the Chili.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp style entrance.

Had a Reubens sandwich, it was great ! Only problem with it, was that it was a messy sandwich to eat.Not a real problem, just get a few extra napkins. All in all, a great sandwich, will order it again.

Excellent place to get a well made sandwich on their bread which is excellent I buy the dinner rolls too I love the bread there sandwiches are pretty well made and you get pickle and chips with your sandwich too so I recommend this place strongly I'm definitely going back me and my son go there usually about 2 times a month at least prices are okay they're not cheap but they're not really expensive I wish they would have some kind of app join the kettlebrook club and maybe try to get some coupons and some freebies always like those things I think it's a great thing for restaurants and stores to offer

These are delicious sandwiches! Their BLT is so good! The bacon is full of flavor, thick and cooked all the way through without being burnt and they have a bunch of aïolis if you want to add more flavor. Their cookies are h-u-g-e!

well i was told it was a deli and i wanted a deli sandwich. they have ONE type of bread, a roll, that is $8.50 before any topping. what? add turkey lettuce and mayo and BOOM! $18 sandwich! i said no thank you to the girl, who seemed sweet, but vapid. my gf ordered something called monterey i think, it was a sloppy mess with little cubes of chicken not a whole or even a half breast, with sauces and mess... it really was not at all a sandwich. it was just a mess. and it was $20. sorry but a HARD NO on this place

Got the Italian job sandwich. The sandwich was well constructed with a good amount of meat and toppings. The meat was grilled and warmed completely. Very good sandwich. Only recommendation would be to use a little less sauce and mustard but still pretty good.

Asked for a water. They said buy a bottle. I said “we just bought two fountain drinks, can we just get it from the soda machine?” She said no. I said can you fill it from the sink for us? She said no. Dispicable. That’s gross, guys. I just spent $60 at your deli on sandwiches. Just awful. Be human beings.
Small space. Staff very friendly. Sandwiches are a great serving for the money. I would certainly return when in the area. They seem to do a lot of take-out.

Why is the bread so fluffy and delicious? I took one bite and was like, why aren't there more locations? Does this place franchise? I want to open a location right next to my house so I can eat there everyday.
