Most of the time they get your order completely wrong. I've had them serve me raw ground beef on a burger and literal half frozen french fries. They also lie right to oue face about the app and say they don't even start making the mobile orders until you show up at the restaurant. Why does McDonalds even have an app if that's the case?

I stopped here to use the restroom. I’m glad the restroom was available. Unfortunately, somebody that was before me was not very considerate. in regard to the seat.
Beyond that, it’s a McDonald’s, so you know what you’re getting.
I’m just thankful the facilities were available as I am on the road working, so I got to go where I can…

wait times are insane and the food is either cold or the order is wrong. they make you park to the side to make their drive thru numbers look better. I drive from southwick to Westfield to get better service. avoid this location if you can.

The manager there was amazing. We ordered food with a deal and the deal expired and he gave it to us anyway. Then on top of it, I didn't bring my wallet and could no longer use the app to pay and he compdnt the whole order and let us eat. Great guy, great manager, he deserves a raise!! My 5 yo daughter was ecstatic she still got her sundae!!

Drive through always pulls you up no matter what. Stop focusing on a timer in the drive through and focus on guest experience

current employee there enjoys spitting in peoples food and bragging about it. it was reported and no action was taken. unless you like saliva in your drinks i suggest going elsewhere! this establishment clearly has no regard for the public and the safety of others! so disappointing and DISGUSTING!!!!!

Don’t buy a burger to go at 7:30 pm. Got it home 10 minutes later and it was old, cold and hard. So much for “made fresh”!
