Looking for a new place on a Saturday night. Was told by a friend about Franklin House so gave it a try. Couldn't find any Trip Adviser reviews on line however there were a few comments on other sites. One I found said, " its a cross between your gramma's house and a VFW hall. Describes it perfectly. Definitely nothing fancy. Felt like it was 1970s. Limited menu with Delmonico steak, 2 chicken dishes, and a few fried seafood things. Meal came with excellent cold salad with homemade dressing. The blue cheese was outstanding. Ordered the steak, fried shrimp, chicken cordon blue, and seafood combo. Good portions with choice of sides. Excellent mashed potatoes!!! Krystal our waitress was super and fun. Meals are all around $22. We enjoyed our "no frills" dinners and will be back.
