Went to lunch with my father, sister & brother-in-law! Enjoyed an early lunch! The service was gracious & pleasant! Coffee was replenished throughout our meal. The food was hot on arrival to our table, generous portions and delicious !

This restaurant is a gem. I had modest expectations as 1st time costumer, but was very pleasantly surprised. The dining atmosphere is pleasant and upclass. The service is excellent. The food is homemade and fresh, including the bread and salad. The food (chicken Francese and steak with balsamic reduction and creamy Gorgonzola sauce) is AMAZING for the price $20. Don’t write off this place based on location or exterior looks.

Recently under new ownership and it's much improved. The owner/chef comes out to check on us every time we are there. Sabrina gives us just the right amount of attentive without being intrusive and she's fun to talk with. I would highly recommend it!

My family and I are new to Southwick and we have ordered take out several times from here. The food never disappoints and arrives warm, fresh and accurate everytime !

They put out a Facebook advertisement saying if we mention the post, we will get a free glass of wine. When we mentioned the post the waiter had no idea what we were talking about and did not believe us. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the waiter to come back to our table. I then showed her the post and then she carded both of us. She said that since my MA state issued driver’s license is not for federal ID that she cannot serve me even though I am 24 years old. We then got up and left.
Absolutely disgusting. Got the haddock fish and chips 2 dinners. Fish was definitely OLD and freezer burned by how dry it was. French fries didn't taste right. Like old grease. Figured we would give it a shot. $40.00 wasted. Back to Bella rome I guess when it comes to delivery. Dont waste your money there.

Worst grinder I ever had ! Ordered a meatball grinder. Terrible. Lukewarm at best. Maybe one meatball in the entire grinder. Will never go back. So done with Zantos.
