I strongly advise against ordering from this Chinese restaurant due to its subpar customer service. They consistently provide a 10-15 minute timeframe for pick-up orders, but the actual wait time is significantly longer. Instead of providing an accurate estimate, they become irritated when you inquire about the delay and dismiss your concerns by claiming they are busy. The owner, a shorter older woman who usually manages the register, is exceptionally rude. She never takes responsibility for the inaccuracies in the orders and instead resorts to getting combative when confronted with the issue. Moreover, the food quality is inconsistent. One day, the chicken will be perfectly crispy, while the next day, it will be greasy and oily.

2nd time the chicken fingers are ridiculously small. chicken Mc Nuggets are 2x bigger. These where more like chicken crumbs.I spent $70 and they charged extra for sauce?;Thats like charging extra for ketchup on a hamburger. Total Joke!!!

Their food is amazing but customer service needs Improvement the woman thats picks up the phone to take orders can be rude, pushy and tries to make you rush when ordering at times, but the food is somewhat worth dealing with her. The one thing I must say its negative is that when I order 2 large rice and meals they are cheap with their soy sauce and duck sauce I mean the real duck sauce not that apple sauce they try to pass as it. We buy a feast 2 duck sauce and 2 soy sauce I tell them send extra dont mind paying for them she says OK OK OK and still get nothing.

We tried this Chinese cuisine during our trip to Springfield, MA. Service was good and food was great. Other than that restaurant was clean and tidy as compared to other fast food Chinese restaurant in nyc .

Not good enough. Sesame chicken was mediocre and the only thing sesame about it were sesame seeds sprinkled on them. Lo mein is not good either. Do better please!

Ordered a party tray of 75 wings. Never had an issue with them. The one time we order 75 wings instead of one party tray the wings came half way cooked. When we called to let you guys know you guys claimed you “double” fried it. I don’t care what you did double fry third fry fourth fry. The pictures speaks for itself. Again I repeat we always order from you guys when we host parties or gatherings so the quick brush off to tell us you guys didn’t do nothing wrong was beyond me ! We had 75 wings and because they weren’t cooked thoroughly we had a lot of left overs. Had to throw them back in the air fryer after our event . In inconvenience ! The wings are always the first to go this time nobody touched them ! 906 do better you let us down this time. We didn’t ask for a refund but no sorry it’s unprofessional. Not even offering to refry them or make new ones at least is shitty service.

Spent $315 on wings and other food and they said this was okay because they deep fried it twice. Like I’m super disappointed because I brought the same thing 2 years ago for my son party and other party. Had 2 1/2 tray left and had told the guests to go home recooked before eating

First time ordering and my food got to my doorstep pretty fast the food is good 👍 no complaints
