Their food is amazing but customer service needs Improvement the woman thats picks up the phone to take orders can be rude, pushy and tries to make you rush when ordering at times, but the food is somewhat worth dealing with her. We tried this Chinese cuisine during our trip to Springfield, MA. Service was good and food was great. Other than that restaurant was clean and tidy as compared to other fast food Chinese restaurant in nyc .
Food is good and fresh and they never fail on making my order right, they just have terrible patients and customer service something I will avoid dealing with by simply ordering from somewhere else.
