I was visiting the Boston area for a work trip and had a day to spare so I drove out to Springfield to check out the city. Went to the usual touristy spots (Basketball Hall of Fame, World of Dr Seuss). Was hungry afterwards and saw this was a suggested place on a website of downtown Springfield spots to eat. So I checked it out. It was kinda chill inside where I ate but that was because people were outside on the gorgeous outdoor area they just opened up. Lots of TVs and I'm glad I went here to catch a few of the Sunday NFL games. The food was good - I had the Hawaiian burger with tater tots and it was on point. If I come back to the city, I'm checking this place out again!

So i ordered chicker tenders & fries from here a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love them. Great flavor, great texture. Ordered it again tonight and got totally different chicken tenders than last time. Very disappointed. They were still okay, but I probably won't be ordering again if this is how they are going to be now.
