It's a kid friendly environment we always go around lunch time and take advantage of the deals. I had the chicken bourbon shrimp and the chicken was a bit rubbery. Everything else was good, the waiter was great.

We were seated and 15 minutes later finally we see the waitress. My fiancé ordered a margarita. And I a michelob ultra. Five minutes later sorry we are out of ultra. Okay then give me a bud light. Five minutes later do you want a tall one or regular. Got the bud light tastes like vinegar absolutely disgusting. Got our food. Greasy disgusting burger. Absolutely terrible. Never coming back

Everything was great with our visit but one thing I suggest is don't put a higher price drink next to a $6 drink for Valentine's Day. My friend and I thought both drinks were $6. My friend's drink was called the Perfect Patron Passion Margarita. When we paid only my drink said $6 but his said $13.75. I wish the waitress had let us know that it wasn't $6.

My favorite restaurant and I almost always go to Boston Rd! Drinks and food reasonably priced. All staff is super friendly. Always hoping for Caitlin when I go tho, she's the best
They have the worst customer service. You can't possibly have to wait up to 10 minutes for a waiter to serve you when the restaurant is empty. All they do is stare at each other in the cash register.
Absolutely terrible. Found a roach in my food and everything. Service is terrible, manager terrible. Can I leave no stars.

The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. However the other customers i was surrounded by were the absolute most ignorant excuse of human beings I've ever had to dine next to. And it's like this all the time there. I genuinely feel bad for the waitresses and waiters that have to deal with these ungrateful mouthbreathers. They are always professional and so pleasant to be around.
