The best food in Springfield. Without any question, there’s no other restaurant in Springfield that has better food than Auntie Adrienne’s. Every time I come in, the person at the register is polite and smiling. The music is always good. The portions are big. Zero complaints.

Delicious food and great customer service(shoutout to whomever is working register). I've eaten here twice within 1 month and haven't had a bad experience. My 2 personal issues is charging extra for double mac on an entree that comes with 2 sides, shouldn't matter if I wanna double up on something good and I would like a full menu( wanted a po'boy but wasn't serving it at the time). I'm a fan and will be back.

This restaurant was absolutely amazing! From the service to the delicious food. My husband and I were visiting Massachusetts for the weekend and we found this place because of the reviews. We are so happy we came here. The food was so seasoned and delicious! We ate until we were stuffed lol. We had leftovers for the night time and the food was just as good. We definitely have to go back there whenever we go back to visit. I highly recommend!

I’ve been here 4x everything Slaps! Prices are fair for the plate you get. Primarily takeout. (Soul food). Amazing Food! There are a few tables and chairs. Everything was Hot, fresh and flavorful. I will say this they do from time to time run out of items if you don’t get there early enough. This is my top 5 places to eat in Western, MA.

Love the wings but the Mac and cheese was toooo dry went twice both time the Mac and cheese were dry it needs to be cheesy and juicy not dry but other than that love the wings
The food here is delicious. I'm on the keto diet and because of dietary restrictions I don't eat out a lot. But today I just had to have the smack-n-cheese; it did not disappoint. It was soooo good. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean..Ths is Springfield's #1 soul food spot, IMO. 7/3/25. I tried the banana pudding. It was DELICIOUS and the cookies were crunchy like I like it.

I was disappointed not only did this happen 1 time but 2 so when I got my order and got home wich I live 20 minutes away from Springfield I called and spoke to the person and she was rude telling me that if I’m sure cause it doesn’t say that I order the Mac and cheese so I told her I do have the recipe and it says I did so she was just make sure you bring it with you whenever you come back 2 times this happen the food wasn’t good so I never came back

I absolutely love the food served here. The cashier who takes your order is very pleasant. She is patient and willing to answer any questions you may have. You can basically see the cooks preparing and cooking your food in the back. I love their sweet chili wings, yams and string beans. I would like to see collard greens on the menu, but I guess we cannot always have what we want. The lemonade is delectable as well as the banana pudding. This is my go to place for soul food in Springfield.
