Had my first experience with benson’s bagels and I have to say they are absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend.

Their bagels are absolutely delicious. I wish the cinnamon raisin bagels, had more cinnamon flavor though. their cream cheeses are delicious. I've tried their filled coffee cake, absolutely delicious! The staff are wonderful nice people. Very clean and nice inside. I can't say enough good things about this place.. Definitely one of our favorites.♥️😊

Waiting 1 hour for a couple bagels is insane. Last time going here. No point in even ordering ahead because you wait the estimated time to pick up and then go stand in line and wait longer. Who has time for that? To add to that - the food is freaking cold? Shouldnt a wait like this indicate that the food is being made to order? Rock hard, cold bagels. Insane.

I placed an order online for ONE bagel with a side of cream cheese. It took over an hour for them to finally have it ready. As all the employees were chatting and all on their cell phones behind the counter. I asked twice about my order and kept being told “we’re working on it”. Then after an hour I was told “they misplaced it”. The sad thing is I wasn’t the only one waiting for this long. Someone next to me waited an hour and a half. When I finally got my order the bagel wasn’t even toasted. Absolute awful service

bagels are very good. but today was my first time getting food there… i ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. they forgot the tomato and the cheese, and charged me $9 even though the board says $8. when i asked the girl about it she said they just hadn’t updated the board— when they should have honored their advertised price. it was a small sandwich and there was a large piece of cartilage in the chicken which tells me it’s low quality. will stick to just the bagels from now on.

Just went here for the first time this morning and the bagel I had was perfect. The bagel, eggs, and bacon were all fresh. Very delicious, I’ll definitely will come back.
