Been a customer of Best Pizza for years. Never a problem. Tonight was the pits. Ordered a large combo pizza and 2 small salads. The pickup time was given as 20 minutes. Went there when the pizza was supposed to be ready. Approaching 45 minutes and still no pizza. Finally got the pizza home and it was disgusting. The paper the pizza was stuck on to the bottom and would not come off the pizza. Called Best Pizza and they replaced it. The end result the replacement one was not the usual quality of their food. Hopefully they get the original pizza maker back.

Just my honest opinion on my first time buying from them on December 27, 2023 . Absolutely garbage ! Just a weird taste with everything from the sauce to the cheese , even the crust tasted bad , im sorry but never again. I only tried because I seen the reviews had 4 stars .

I have to say first off the staff are friendly from what I have experienced but it’s the food and quality that is hit or miss. I ordered a chicken tender wrap and whatever they used as the wrap was way too thick and somehow was still soggy and after 2 bites the whole wrap fell apart in to pieces. I just want this place to be more consistent and put more love in to the food again 3 stars for the food 5 star service
