Food was great but the cashier was very rude. Horrible customer service. It was 7:22 am . I think she needs to go back to bed and start over because she was cranky

Cold small portion liquid eggs, greasy, fatty breakfast meat, cold toast and hard butter, blah potato patty. The worst breakfast ever. McDonald’s is far better. Not the way to start 70th. Unanimous worst ever. Terrible.

Service was awful, we were scolded by the way we orderd, we asked for a plain cheeseburger and the employee told us not to say that. Super rude and uncomfortable, food was subpar. Will not be going back.

Both of our burgers were gross.

Frozen burger patties that didn't taste good at all, with that nasty funny tasting baged shredded lettuce and crunchy under-ripe tomatoes.

I imagine the fries would have been good, had I eaten them right away, but I had to drive home and they were soggy and cold, so that could have been my own doing.

I gave it two stars because of the amount of food that was served, or it would have been just one.

Food was decent but expensive for what you end up with. Although I guess a burger and fries for $13 isn't totally outrageous. Drinks we small but had free refill for the entirety of your stay in the casino until it closes.

The food is fine. I just waited 30 minutes for my breakfast sandwich when there were 3 people in the whole place. Staff didn't offer anything, and didn't realize that they never even started on my food until I asked them. Food was not worth a 30 minute wait.

Burnt pancakes. Ketsup tasted old. Hash brown over cooked. The lady that works the counter in the morning acts like she doesn't want to be here. Acted like I was bothering her by ordering my food. I won't be coming back EVER

Never have had a good experience here or at any eatery affiliated with MGM Springfield. Christmas Day and I wanted to get breakfast, play some slots, watch football, etc…. Attempted to get some breakfast at Bill’s and there were about 7 customers in line. Only about 10 total items on the breakfast menu, how hard can it be? Apparently very hard. Mass confusion behind the counter. At one point 8 employees behind the counter including some type of manager; people asking for refunds, returning orders, complaining.

When I finally asked for my money back the manager in red sweater immediately started blaming her staff. Saying the just couldn’t keep up with the demand of handling 7 customers. Haha, I used to work with Levy, Center Plate, Aramark, DNC. We would serve stadiums full of 60,000 -100,000 people, serve plated dinners for 10,000, lunch breaks for tens of thousands. Never my staff’s fault when they struggled, always my fault for setting them up for failure.

No apology from the manager, just excuses and blame. Typical response from MGM who knows they are the only game in town and can treat people however they wish. I was very embarrassed for her. I left without spending a nickel. MGM is so disappointing.

Had breakfast here recently while staying at MGM. The coffee was good, glad Sakina gave it to me when I ordered, as our food order took longer than I expected. We had Blueberry Combo and 2 breakfast Sandwiches. Pancakes and Turkey Sausages and Bacon were good. Eggs in the sandwiches are scrambled, which were just warm.

I’ve been to this diner twice. It’s ok, clean, and decent quality food. Jose served us this time and he wasn’t super friendly. No apology for the wait, no smile, and he accidentally spit while he was talking, I have no clue where the spit went, just hopefully not on the cookies we were ordering with our meal.

Suppose to start lunch at 11. Got here at 11 she said 5 more mins need to finish a breakfast order and we neee clean up it is now 11:15 line as long as you can see still haven’t been waited on yet. The woman idk if she a manager type or not but she’s just standing her fat butt looking at the cook cleaning up. I kinda thought we was more than 1 person. Me personally if I saw a line or even if I didn’t I would help the cook so lunch could get started. Nope not Deseree she just stood there and looked at she finally turned around and took order.
