The food was okay. What you would expect from a counter service restaurant inside a casino. The worker behind the counter could have been nicer, but once again, about what you'd expect from a casino restaurant.

You would think MGM Springfield has higher standards. Lettuce was garbage along with the tomatoes. Also ordered it with no cheese, and sure enough it had cheese on it. How hard is it to make a club sandwich....?

This is the only food tenant that is open late and if there are alot of gamblers then you are bound to wait. Good food though. Our cashier was terrible, does not have patience and kindness. Tables are shares at this foodcourt. Fair price for the quantity.

Wow! What a difference from several months ago when their Burgers were huge and moist! Now you get, or at least i did today, a tiny dried out burger with a cold unmelted piece a cheese for $10. The fries were good but i don't really eat them anyways.

They don’t care about customers. Food took over 30 mins so had to ask them however my food was ready on the counter for a long time. It got cold and dry the lady didn’t even apologize.
