The decor was great - very classy and well done. Everything was super clean - even the outside & the parking garage. The food was great and everyone was friendly. The decor was steampunk-ish, which was fantastic!

Professional from check in to check out. Had no issues when I arrived late. Good location for me. I stop there whenever I have a business trip in Boston. MGM Springfield treats a Platinum Card holder better then most MGM Casinos. To bad they closed the Platinum Card holder room. Due to COVID! Miss that Perk.

The hotel is always so clean and staff are always so pleasant. The place makes you feel rich and spoiled! The pool and hot tub was a nice feature for my grandson to enjoy! Special get away for the family! I can’t wait to go back again!

Plenty to do for a two night stay! We meant our friends from Maine there. Fun for the entire family with a lot of activities on the property! We even skipped six flags one day to hang out at the pool and go bowling!

Hotel was beautiful, all brand new rooms! Super clean , all updated and spacious. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We traveled with kids ( to visit theme park ) and the hotel had plenty of food options and even bowling! Great location

The location is great if you are going to Mass Mutual center, Symphony Hall, or the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. I only took one star off the location because some of the area on the surround streets isn't so nice with things like broken glass and panhandling. The rooms are lovely and I would definitely stay here again!

Very impressive facility yet not very friendly to hotel guests from out of town trying to find out where to actually check in. Room were interesting, but not well suited for out of town guests with plenty of baggage.

Excellent accommodations. Room exceptionally clean. All staff friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurants on property especially the world-class steakhouse. Movie theater, swimming pools are on property so plenty for the entire family to do.
Celebrating my 40th in style. Spa suite was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. Having a private patio was great, tub and shower was very spacious and nice. Will definitely recommend mgm and I will be back for sure.

The room was great the location not so much they have a lot of rooms so it might be walk after you take the elevator. The staff was not exceptional But the room and access to the casino is great( if you download the app you can check in and get a virtual room card so you can avoid front desk) .

Stayed there for our anniversary amazing accommodations along with great staff will definitely stay in future event and will let our friends know about the experience and things to do while there including the cinemas

A nice hotel and casino. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Bed was very comfy. We just wish there was a 2nd end table next to the bed. Casino is nice. Only a few restaurants were open on the weekday we stayed. (South end market). We were hoping fir a breakfast place other than a coffee shop. Overall everything was good no complaints.

Place needs later and more hours for restaurants to stay open...try to eat on Monday, other than the food court, it's slim pickens....TAP should be open for lunch, Chandlers should be open daily....the only local restaurant is also closed on MON and Tues...Red Rose....
