I have no idea what happened to this restaurant, it used to be so good and everything was so fresh. Now they reheat all of their food and have the nerve to serve it to their customers for an obnoxious price. We stopped ordering since last year because it was gross. We tried again today and the chicken was like eating saw dust, it was so dry. The corn is like chewing on rocks. The cornbread is a literal hockey puck. The mashed potatoes tastes like cardboard. Don’t waste your money here you’re going to be so disappointed.

Todays visit to Boston Market on Boston Road in Springfield, MA will be my last visit ever! The past few times that I ordered they have been out of many regularly, popular ordered items like "mashed potatoes"! Never see any chickens on the rotisserie as they have always had in the past, dirty counters, unclean glass area where food items are held. My take of all this is that they must be getting ready to close & have lost all interest in preparing the food adequately or accommodating the customer. Best to close down rather than attempt to stay open at the risk of losing clientele & serving inadequate food!.

Can't say much, didnt get anything. Don't order delivery from their menu. They won't have anything you'll order. THEN they'll call you one item at a time (not let you know everything they don't have all at once).

Worst location ever!!!! The employees are so rude and won’t even look at you when you walk inside or bother to help you. They should either close this location or fire the whole staff and upgrade to employees who actually have a desire to work and help others. On top of that, they always have less than half the menu available. It looks like they don’t even take care of the place on top of that. It’s one of the dirtiest, most unsanitary restaurants in MA. Save your money and go to any other place on Boston road.

I had placed an online order on the website for delivery. Everything said that the restaurant was open and accepting orders. I placed the order and it said the order was accepted and they were preparing the order. I then got a text message from the driver after they got to the restaurant saying the location was closed down. My card was charged and there was no way to contact the restaurant or someone on the website. Then they transferred the order from door dash to Uber for another person to pick it up, who then canceled the order after arriving to the restaurant and seeing that it was closed. This location has always been unavailable for orders and needs to be looked into.

I grew up eating from here. Man has times changed. They had random selections of food strewn about and covered in foil like a cookout. Looked very old. The lights were dimly lit as if they were saving money. It was scene right out of a comedy movie.

Absolute trash location. My girlfriend and I used to love our BOGO Wednesdays here, but over the past 6 months this Boston Market has gone to waste. Even worse they're the only local one. Today (Friday) the drive thru had a sign that said it was closed due to the weather (mind you it's not even raining) but the inside was open. We parked and tried to go inside but the doors were locked with 3 employees just hanging out.In the past we have,-been told our online order couldn't be filled, but also could not be refunded-been told they were out of chicken with no plans to make more when it was 6 hours before close-not been given the meatloaf meal we ordered because they "were out" and and the same time someone in drive thru got meatloaf. (I heard the cook confirm if the order was for one or two)I can't believe someone actually owns this chain and let's it operate like this...

I can summarize this location in one word: DON'T!!! We attempted to eat dinner at "BM" (good acronym) last Wednesday (July 5) night, arriving at 7:30pm. The doors were locked with a hand written sign saying "Use Drivethru until 7:30pm" (which it was). I saw the folks behind the counter and gestured to them about the doors. One of the workers motioned back about "driving" referring to going to the drivethru. I motioned to inside... he motioned back, shaking his head no. I shook my head, motioning no... and that we're going elsewhere. He didn't care. We left...We went to the restaurant last night at 6:30pm... and amazingly it was open. The menu boards weren't lit and I asked the server at the register if they had menus. She "suggested" I look at the menu on my phone... which was a disaster based on their antiquated website. After fumbling with their website, I said that I'd have meatloaf with two sides. She wanted to know if I wanted the small or large portion... I asked for large. I moved down to the "sides" table and was shocked to see that it was roughly half filled. No Chicken Noodle Soup, No Mac/Cheese, No Stuffing, Not much of anything. I looked at my son and he said "Wouldn't you rather go elsewhere." I told the server "forget it... we'll eat elsewhere" and she was neither surprised nor phased by my response.Aside from the sides being barren, I also noticed that there was no chicken (nor anything else) being cooked in the kitchen. I don't know where they were pulling chickens from, 'cause I couldn't smell any that had cooked... so they were likely old if they had 'em at all. This is just pitiful... a zero on a scale of one hundred. As I'm writing this, I'm noting two other reviews going back almost a month noting that the video menu screens have constantly been down and they had limited (at best) sides. If the restaurant were a horse, they'd shoot it and put it out of its missery.

This place is just sad, it looks run down. If I could give zero stars I would. When I walked in I had to ask if they were open because it was dark and all the TV screens (menus) were off. They were out of many sides and main items. At least 3 people who came in left before they didn't have the items they were going to order. The red potato were oily and the chicken lacked flavor. Either Boston Market is going down hill or the owners of this location do not care about the business or customers. Do not waste your time or money eating here.

When I received my order, the food was all misplaced and messy. The chicken was super dry and burnt, the mashed potatoes didn’t taste like they normally do but the Mac and cheese tasted good.

This was a terrible experience. The video screens with the menus was broken and there were no paper menus. Almost all of the soda choices were out of order on the fountain drinks. We had to ask if they had chicken because there was nothing to indicate they be did. We were told they only had chicken and meatloaf and the few sad looking sides that were visible. No mashed potatoes, no chicken pot pie. There were no napkin dispensers on the tables, no salt and pepper shakers. Half of the dining area was filled with boxes. It was sad and somewhat scary.

Corporate seriously needs to investigate this location. The employees never seem to want to work, they hardly say hi or attempt to help you as a customer. Why is it that there is nothing available besides old looking Broccoli at 6:30 on a Friday evening? Employees said there won't be anything else made for the night. Umm, seriously boston market? This has also happened many times I've been here. After i left they decided to lock the doors on other customers walking in. You have incompetent workers who are LAZY and extremely RUDE! The managers are also awful to deal with. Why keep hiring people that have no work ethics no customer service skills, barely know how to use a cash register and are just plane miserable!? Basically, if you want old looking food or no food at all I should say and an interaction with horribly mean people this is the resturante for you.
