I ordered a soda with my order and when my daughter picked my order they didn't give it to her I called and told them they forgot and instead of sorry I got "it's the person picking up responsibility to ASK for the soda" I been ordering from there for years never again
This place is amazing the owner is so nice and staff is so helpful. We get pizza, grinders, grape leafs, etc for delivery. The food is amazing . Even when you call they have respect when you call. Please share how good they are. amazing goes long way. Great customer
I am completely appalled by the cold food I was delivered. Then as I was attempting to rectify the situation the person over the phone began to argue with me about the food being hot. The picture speaks volumes. If this was hot as I ordered the cheese would be melted. I understand mistakes, but the unprofessionalism I received was beyond disgusting.

I’ve ordered here for as long as theyve been open atleast 11 years . Theyre pizza is generally good if i tell them to cook it more and make thin crust. Otherwise too thick snd not cooked enough comes out doughy like it was steamed instead of baked. Pepperoni pizza gets all its flavor from browned cheese and pepperoni. Decided to try a pastrami rueben it was $10+ so thought must be good sandwich for that much alot of meat. Unfortunately it was the cheapest sandwich I’ve ever seen in life and was a chef 15 years and friendlys charges way less abd gives about 5-10x what i got a single slice just 1 of pastrami. Will never order again. Also have been ordered delivery giving my card to pay over phone for a decade and having them leave order and call me. Now they refuse to take my card tell me i have to order online or the driver has to use card machine. This is just rude to me and irresponsible covid is still around just got it. To give a long term regular a hard time over this is bad business and management. Theres 100 other pizza places that will take my card so I cancelled the order. Also the girls who answer the phone just hung up on me when I canceled the order. They are often rude and short w people . Great pizza when you tell them how to make it but they should know how to make pizza by now. Covid is never going away but bad time to make a forced contact rule to pay for delivery not one wants to take extra chances unnecessarily. In general no contact is why people are ordering take out alot. They should know this
