This morning, as I walked in into order a breakfast burrito, which I enjoy very much from this establishment I was greeted by a lady with glasses who was very polite and took my order as I awaited for my food to be done. I noticed that an odor woman was speaking in Spanish and giving me glaring looks. I can feel detention in between the restaurant like she had some animosity towards me I am a black male as I waited for my food to be done. She prepared my food, and as I went up to grab my food as she called it, she Said breakfast burrito, looked me up and down, roll her eyes and slapped The counter Instead of handing it to me with my hand out, I have encountered this type of behavior multiple times .this older lady is extremely racist, if she has a problem with serving people of color outside of her ethnicity, it would be ideal to move their business back to place that serves the type of people they want to serve race wise. This is really sad and pathetic and has no place in our world today..

The young lady in the front very nice and respectful. We ordered our food and as we were waiting the older lady in the back kept giving up dirty looks. And when it was time for us to get our order she didn’t give us eye contact, threw our food on the counter and was very rude and dismissive. She has done this multiple times. It’s giving racist and rude. This establishment is going to lose customers because she wasn’t to be openly racist and rude. Bring your money somewhere else where you’ll be respected.

We’ve tried this place three times now. The first time wasn’t good but we’d thought we’d try again. The second time we both commented on how good it was and it must have been an off night. Now we’re at time three and this is the consistency of slop. My husband’s burrito bowl appears fresh while mine is full of this liquid in the bottom from either the bottom of the container of pico or beans, not really sure but it borders on inedible. It’s too bad. We really wanted to like this place but this was a 40 dollar take out dinner order with one of us still needing to find dinner.
I love this place, but it seems like they’ve changed one of my favorite items, the local beef chili burrito. The past two times I have ordered this, at both locations, there has been barely any ground beef in the burrito. I’m talking trace amounts of beef among some beans and rice and i’m not someone who likes a lot of meat either. I thought it was a one off the first time, but it seems they must have changed how they make it. It’s disappointing but I’ll have to change my order in the future. Their food is overall still good, fast, and healthy and the employees are always pleasant and keep everything clean.

The past two times I have ordered this, at both locations, there has been barely any ground beef in the burrito. I’m talking trace amounts of beef among some beans and rice and i’m not someone who likes a lot of meat either. I thought it was a one off the first time, but it seems they must have changed how they make it. It’s disappointing but I’ll have to change my order in the future.
