To the staff who remade my order (09-02-24 11pm) because the burger downtown next to pride messed up my order badddd by giving me very old rough fries and dried up raisin lookin jr whopper... ty so much and I appreciate you guys!

I’ve been here 3 times and 2 out of 3 terrible. I will not be going back ever. Last time I went used my points to get a burger don’t know if it was because I didn’t pay or what brut the burger was over cooked and hard didn’t even have taste.

I originally rated this BK a 5 ? four years ago cause 99% of the time food was warm and fresh the last 3 months have been hit or miss and today was a big miss I ordered chicken fries they were old, cold and hard....but I did give 1 ? cause the fries were warm and delicious and staff are always polite
