Headed here late night for a snack at 11:30pm Sunday (online it states they’re open until 12:00am midnight . All the lights are off outside . A girl in the speaker of the drive thru says “We’re closed” and I respond by saying “Online it says you guys should be open until 12:00 midnight” and nobody responds because what I’m saying is correct and should be the standard , and they respond by saying “We’re closing early because we’re short-staffed , regardless of what it says online…” and as I pull out to leave , multiple people are inside chatting around on their phones . What happened to customer service , integrity , and standards ? All down the drain .

They don’t let you do two orders through the drive-through so you cannot make a U-turn in the driveway because you’re on Boston Road. I was with my client and I need to separate receipt. There was no one behind me and explained that to the person and with attitude still couldn’t do two separate orders. You are losing customers like that. Whoever designed your front driveway should have put it to go around again. Also they don’t give you napkins unless you ask for them and they don’t give you catchup unless you ask for it

The food is what you'd expect from "fast food", my only go to meal is the impossible burger! I know it's overly processed beans, lol, but it's the only food that's fast and doesn't upset my stomach! So I say try it, you just may be amazed!

Manager is awesome hard worker..stands on business. Friendly employees, also hard workers .. Noticed one in particular scrubbing the floor..making sure his job was done correctly and efficiently. Nice clean place .I'll definitely be coming back soon

The times I have came here it's been clean , customer service was always excellent, friendly and fast ! A young lady noticed a mistake and fixed it quickly..she acknowledged me and apologized.
Worst customer service ever. Teens were fooling around took ten minutes to take our order pulled us over as soon as we paid took 20 minutes to get food that was cold and forgot our fries won't be going back

So, I am a regular customer at BK. If I don't order breakfast, I order lunch every single day. Now, what I don't understand is how my wife order always comes out perfect, but my order is never right. On the app gives you the option of bacon and cheese on all wraps, and thankfully, this store got that right but didn't give me the right kind of chicken. My order clearly said I ordered fiery wraps, but I ended up with regular chicken. I am not satisfied that my orders keep getting messed up. And I would have come back had I not had to pick the kids up from camp. The person working the line needs to read the order correctly instead of assuming what they think it is.
