Waited 10 minutes in line at drive through to pick up a kids meal for my grandson.I got a little frustrated so I called on my phone at the drive through because it was the smartest move. I get a hard time on the phone because I asked why is it taking so long I’ve been waiting 10 minutes girl up front window after I payed girl with blue hair yelling if you don’t like it go somewhere else.While my grandson in the car. How unbelievably rude. Blue hair girl yelling in front of everyone inside you don’t like it go somewhere else’s. After 6 years ever week two three times getting meals.Now never again at Cooley Burger King.

10/12/25 during the morning. If you don’t mind waiting 20 plus minutes at the window at an empty restaurant for two sandwiches, than this place is for you! Entertainment IS provided by the staff, dancing, arguing, and basically doing anything else except their jobs. I wasn’t taking the chance, so I tossed the food and went to Chick Filet.

This Burger King has the best service out of any Burger King I have ever been to. Everyone is so well mannered and nice to the customers. I drive a little further to go to this location simply because of the excellent service and great experience every time. Consistently great. Nicest staff ever. Thank you!

Spent $13.35 on a small IMPOSSIBLE whopper meal and a value fries. White woman at drive through took my order and asked me to repeat what I said because clearly their mic doesn’t work well. Once receiving my food, I realized I was given a regular whopper and called. The white woman was disrespectful and said it was my own fault when she literally recited the order back to me and said impossible whopper. Never had issues with this location before so I was confused. I will be coming back this week to report her to corporate. I don’t know what she thought this was. 🤣😂

Seseme buns with a real hamburger cheese lettuce and tomato. They also have melts. Hamburger with sauteed onions and cheese. So delicious. Not all the time but when they do. I'm ordering it. The sesame buns are larger than other fast food places. The hamburger taste like hamburger 🍔. Chicken sandwiches are good too. They offer breakfast as well. My go to place for fast food.
