Went inside to get my mobile order and no one greeted me. The woman who was upfront legit looked at me and walked towards the back. The lack of communication or even acknowledgment is disrespectful. Fast food companies need to die out already or be replaced by robots

We pulled up to order with a baby in the car and the lady on the microphone was very rude yelling at us asking if our order was complete we attempted to ask her if we could also get honey mustard she was rude ignored it and said pull up. When I arrived to the window there was a male but then this lady ran up to the window slammed it open and was yelling at me BEFORE I started recording. This was very disgusting. She said her attitude was because of a situation inside. She then refused to let me pay for my order because I told her that’s not the way you treat customers regardless of what’s going on inside with your team members. If you can talk to a stranger like this I can imagine how you talk to your staff.

Went there because I had a coupon from Burger King stating “come get breakfast and enjoy a free double cheeseburger on us during breakfast time “ so I told the lady the code on the coupon and she response back with a nasty attitude saying they don’t serve lunch. Understandable I was just trying to figure out why you going to advertise something and then turn around and be like no we don’t do that. But it’s your company your coupon and it wasn’t even expired. She kept it up with a nasty attitude for me trying to figure it out and all she kept saying was we don’t serve lunch yet. So why give out the coupon then. I’m frustrated at the fact she didn’t give me a reasonable answer on to why have the coupon but then don’t go through with it.

Terrible service, I did not get what I ordered even though the workers were discussing what I ordered because it was a new menu item. Overall the service was rude and I didn't get all the food I paid for. Only saving grace was the good I did get was good.
