Today was the most horrible service I have ever received in establishment.I want to get a meal through the drive through.I was denied because I was using electric scooter When multiple times I have been here with. And got food, this manager say he's been here long enough that he knows the rules. But multiple employees before have served me through the drive through with no problem and no issues. I come here at least twice a week to get a quick bite, usually around 40 to $50 and they're denying me because one manager thinks he knows all the policies I feel appalled disappointed.

Literally the most congested and ridiculous parking lot I’ve ever seen; management for the Night Shift is incredibly rude. I understand what third shift for food service Can be like but you know what you sign for. Why work a shift if you’re just gonna make everyone’s experience miserable?

I placed an online order because I am nonverbal and when I got there, I had no clue where I was supposed to go to pick up my food. I had wait in line like if I was going order and they gave me the wrong burger, I ordered a double cheeseburger and not a single. I order a frozen cola and they didn't have any.

came in at 7:45am and had the burger king of a lifetime, I ordered the cheesy tots with a large fanta oragne, the fanta was a flavour blast to my pilgrim taste buds. Those cheesy tots had a cheese pull longer than my last marriage. absolutely phenomenal service for me and my child. I would always return. The boxes I saw while waiting for my food were perfectly stacked, must've been done by a professional. The atmosphere for christmas was quite literally otherworldly, I have never been to a better burger king in my life. 10/10 will always return
Just went to this Burger King at 1am all the order screens were all off and black. Waited 5min at them and eventually drove to the window when no one answered. I arrived at the window and whoever was working it was confused and had the nastiest attitude. After apologizing for driving through the BLACK order screens and letting them know they were off. The associate then said and I quote “Alright then so why are you at my window” 100% attitude to the point I felt extremely uncomfortable ordering my food and just left. I found it strange why the earlier two cars before me drove off without food after being at the window for a minute or two and now I know why. Whoever was working drive through 12/22 at 1am needs to be fired. TERRIBLE SERVICE as someone who also works in service and trains others I was disgusted beyond belief.
