I visited C and J Restaurant, and I must say, on their second day of opening, it was a delightful experience. Having authentic Haitian cuisine nearby is a pleasure, with friendly staff and enjoyable food. This addition to our city is much-needed, and I'm glad to have it. I'll definitely be returning frequently. A taste of Haiti in Springfield, MA – I love it.
