Unfortunately, tables weren’t getting cleaned (wipes placed out above the trash for customers to execute) and employees gossiping at the front registers as well walking right past me while waiting/looking for a refill. I understand good help is hard to find nowadays - it’s just disappointing Springfield, MA continues to shine this way….

this is the slowest chick fil a i’ve ever been to. the service is slow and every time i get a soda it tastes off. all the app does is replace it with another soda. not a good experience almost every time

I don't know what it is but every single Springfield restaurant is terrible. Chicopee location is far superior. Better service and definitely better food. Embarrassing really.

I was dined in and the food was so delicious, I was constantly checked up by a team member I believe his name was Pablo or Paulo the service from him was beyond 5 stars this restaurant is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been too the crew is kind friendly and overall amazing they will see me again.
