Poor service! Unfriendly waitress! Forgetful! She nerver once asked us how everything was or if we needed anything else. We got our food in pieces instead of all at once. I waited 15 mins for my plate to come out while everyone else had practically finished eating. All around bad experience. This chilis has gone downhill. ?

This place is so bad with online orders. They forget half the stuff every time. They are genuinely so slow and bad compared to other Chili’s.

Horrible service the host told us it was like 30 min wait so we decided to wait and we was taken too the table after 30 min wait and we ordered some drinks until we waited for our food and came too find out it was another 1 hour and 30 min wait because they was short staff and just one waitress for the entire establishment. We was a party of 3 so we got tired for the wait so we waited 10 more min for the waitress we would come so I approached the host person in which was a young black African man he was rude when I told him please get our waitress ask her too charge for the drinks we leaving and tired of waiting for the food. He tell me I need to calm down that was the worst thing to tell me after waiting 1 hour and 40 min in total, after arguing with the host the waitress "Iris" another Spanish speaking young lady demanding us to leave after she charged me for the food I didn't consume when I literally asked her charge me for the drinks I'm done waiting it toke them 10 min too get he manager that was as a cook because they was short staff if I would know I wound bothered to stay. But the host and server decided to pick a fight and after trying too intimate me with the cops I told them I'm not leaving until I speak with your manager and get my money back on my card that you decided too charge me because you decided to come with the food late after we got tired for the long wait. Finally got my credit and left to Texas Road house less of a wait and the customer service was amazing and food not too mention the best of all. All Chili's staff needed to do was charge for what I have consumed and leave but no they wanted too steal my money and put a fight with me. Never again in my life I'm stepping a good into a Chili's at Cooley St Springfield Massachusetts.

Chili’s was really good about a year ago but since pandemic they have gotten careless with the orders they get. On the past three occasions they have messed up my order. We try and do curbside or delivery due to elderly parents and the order is ALWAYS wrong! Either something is missing or not prepared properly. If you go to restaurant, the customer service is also not good. Staff borders on being rude or they talk down to customers. Sad because they are one of the few restaurants left in the area.

Horrible, the host looked and acted like he didn't care, wearing house slippers and acting very unprofessional. After sitting there for 2 hours waiting for food when it came we asked for boxes so we could leave and got told by a waitress I'm busy and walked away. Guac and lettuce was brown and every meal was either not prepared correctly or was cold when we got it. I wish I could give this no stars. If you choose to go to Chili's go to the one in West Springfield or Hadley. Employees and management actually seem to care but the Springfield Chili's is straight trash.

Well as far as the food I would give it about a eight. It was good my ribs were dry on one side so that wasn't really good but the food for the most part was excellent now that's out of the way let's talk about the experience. Our waitress was very good but the lady who was instructed to see people was horrifically bad and careless. I watched her look at other people that came in and ignore them until they left I counted almost 10 different couples or groups that ended up walking out simply because no one ever came to seat them. And to make matters much much worse when I saw her handing over at the bar a drink mixing thing and allowing the customer or whoever she was to hold it with absolutely no mask she put it up to her nose she smelled it gave it back to her I thought that was disgusting and unsanitary especially given the situation in the world.

The worse customer service ever , I when there at 10:00 pm and the guy at the entrance tell me we close at 10:30 and we have to many people waiting sorry we can't attend you. What kind of service is that?

HORRIBLE curbside service!!! We did as inspected got there on time texted the number and waited a half hour past the time they said it would be ready. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times only to have no one answer the phone. My boyfriend finally went in and they FORGOT part of our order on top of it all! If I could give no stars I would.

Poor customer service was waiting to be seated with my kids for 30 min no one came up to me to even knowledge that I was there they should Atlease have someone come tell you that it’s going to be a little to be seated or something never again west Springfield chillis is 10X better

I dont get upset easily & have never left a bad review anywhere... I got to the restaurant at 9:45 and was told it would be a 45 min wait for a table for 2 which wasn't a problem, I expected for there to be a wait. At 10:21 I recieved 2 calls that didn't even ring long enough for me to pick up. When I called back multiple times no one answered the phone so I went inside to see what was going on. The hostess came out and told me that she did call me but it was to tell me that the kitchen stops cooking at 10:30 so they weren't going to be able to serve us. Unless it was her first day I'm sure she knew what time they stopped serving food. If I knew about this I would've done the math and figured out it would've been too late. I wouldn't have taken the long wait and would've went somewhere where I could've been served.

Really bad place, don’t go there!!!My fiancé went there this afternoon to grab a quick lunch and all the tables were dirty, plus they didn’t want to give him a table and the woman working there was super rude with him, didn’t treat him good at all. He had to go back to work hungry because she refused to give him a table just because it was dirty and didn’t want to clean. Very disappointing

Ordered online through door dash , and waited an hour for my food . I ordered a Cajun chicken pasta and when I got my food it was cold and there wasn’t even any chicken . Very disappointed and done with this location , wasn’t the first time having a bad experience. Don’t go to this location
