Placing an 8 person order over the phone proved to be a difficulty. John was very rude over the phone and made sure to let me know I was making things very complicated for him by ordering over the phone. The only reason I called to order was because the website did not allow me to request extra chicken. I wanted to make sure I was charged for the extra chicken since it’s only fair. It would’ve been better if he would’ve asked me to call back instead of being hostile via phone. It’s really a shame because the food was amazing. I’d rather eat at another cafe that isn’t as good as this one, instead of ordering here again. Terrible service but amazing food. I guess we can’t have it all!

I get their bagels with cream cheese. They used to be a great deal for $2.19. Now they are $3.57. And then today the bagel came with the cream cheese on the side. I just don't get it.Also note the everything bagel has fennel seeds which is very strange. The whole bagels tastes of fennel.
The food here is great and everyone is super nice, excluding the woman who works at the counter. I’m assuming is one of the owners by her picture being on the wall. In my experience, most business owners are grateful and appreciative to regular customers.
