Lovely!! Nice ambience, but the best part was the service. Everyone was lovely, and the food was great! My son had a classic margarita pizza. I had a beautiful chopped salad with shrimp and chicken parm was great. Our entire family finished their plates, and we were very pleased!

Would like to order a pizza to go but need to wait for forever. The staffs do not take care of their guests at all. You arrived and waited for 10+ minute and they just keep talking to each other and let you wait. Finally they talk to you, you said you want a pizza to go and then some other staff came to talk and you again need to wait for another 10+ minutes and your order is not even been put into the system after 20+ minutes.

ate at the bar when it was time to pay the bill the bartender charged me for someone else's tab I brought it to her attention she said she took it off but low and behold it was charged to my card , I've been going back and forth with them and mgm Springfield management ,this place is a joke

Our server forgot to bring my husband ginger ale and served my wine ($16).The Fra Diablo was supard with no taste in the sauce. Heat does not make a good sauce. The margarita pizza was awful The sauce I could appreciate but the mozzarella was tough! Bad buy on the mozz it had no fat. It was served cold and then reheated and still tough. The dough was not like a oven fire pizza. They did refund me the price of the pizza. The manager did not come to our table. Our waitress did the best she could do. I appreciate the efforts she tried to make our dining experience fine. However the kitchen failed. I'm really surprised the manager did come to hear our complaint. At this time i would not suggest going to this restaurant. South Market has much better food . MGM your better than this!

Pizza was dripping with oil. Alfredo had no flavor. Service was awful. Waitress took 10 minutes to bring a soda over and had to reminder her for the bread. Never saw her again until we complained about our food dripping in oil. The plate even left an oil ring on the table. This was the second chance that we went since the first time was just as bad service wise. Never again.

I ordered Chicken Parmigiana. It was gross!!! The chicken seemed to be made yesterday. It was burnt, full of grease and hard to chew!!! 🤮

We had reservations for 3 although it didn't seem very busy. Salad was $14 and was small and not impressive. The time from when we ordered our meal until it was brought to our table was over an hour. The pasta meals we ordered were not impressive in flavor and seemed small in portion. The pizza was ok. Costa is not worth the price or the time for sure. The wait staff was friendly.

Our server was Jesus and he and team did a great job. Mushroom Risotto appetizer was very good Calamari was OK. Chicken Saltimbocca and asparagus were split between two people and were served already split. Very good meal before our show.

Absolutely worst service I have had in a long time. It wasn't busy in there at all. Wait staff standing around. Waited for drinks each time we ordered for 20+ minutes. Wines were all gross. Food was terrible. Waitress seemed confused. Absolutely will never go back!

The service was fine, but this was some of the worst pizza I have ever had. The calamari was the worst, super dry and super small, looked practically uncooked when it came out. The wait to get in was quick in comparison to other places, but the wait time for the food itself was very long.
Everything wrong with this place can be fixed with a manager that know how to wear suit pants. Food is ok. Everything else is horrible.

I was invited to a supper club and the experience was not that great. The waitress was inexperienced and when I asked her for salt and pepper she brought me Parmesan cheese. I was told they were preparing me Pasta Primavera and only got Pasta Alfredo…no Vegetables. I told her I would be taking my dessert home and she said she will bring a take out container but instead walked away with my uneaten dessert and returned with someone else’s half eaten dessert, which I only discovered when I got home. No one came around to freshen up the water glasses. I left her a generous tip as well and when I tried to call the restaurant was told by operator that Costa doesn’t receive phone calls. MGM needs to do better in the dining department. The food offerings are few and I’ve only had bad experiences. I guess MGM is only concerned with their revenue from gaming. I wouldn’t even give them one star. Sorry.
