It was horrible. The food was gross. The service was horrible. I waited over an hour for my food and we were the only people there. Two of us. There a guys smoking a pipe inside of the restaurant. It was the first time and last time I went there.

Always WAS a fan of this place. Went there to eat some apps and grab a drink (and to show a friend this was a place were all were welcome and that It is an establishment that it is Open to all) smh. Well not at all like that.! As we ordered we were couldn’t even get a draught beer; without an explanation or reason. Should have bounced then.. However we ordered a drink and were EXTREMELY over charged for 2 drinks, $37 for 2 Captain and cokes in a 120z plastic cup!!! 16.50 for a single,on Boston rd in SPFLD MA?! Not like there was anything going on at all. Straight up money grab. They had a party going and still invited us only to rip us off. I don’t mind paying more to support local business but to be gouged like that?? E.A.D.Never even paid that at a sports game in any nyc game. Heard that the food was great but the service was sloppy and slow I was not able to get meal on time to try. I was apart of a group of 40 people and the restaurant had a single waitress who seemed to constantly overwhelmed. Got to restaurant at 5pm and at 6:41pm. Still was waiting to place order. It took me 35 minutes to get water. Got an appetizer (yucca fritter) about 7pm and when I tried it the meat in the middle was frozen.

If I can give zero stars I would. We arrived with no one at the front to greet. We approached a waitress to ask if we can sit down and she took us to a dirty table and said "here sit here" while removing the empty glasses that were left behind. We waited for it to be clean and we were told to just sit down. I ended up cleaning it myself. We then sat there for about 20-30 minutes without any kind of service. Not even a greet or "I will be right with you". We grabbed our stuff and left and no one even cared.Can't say anything about the food since we didn't get a chance to try it. Will not be back.

So I'm giving 3 stars. Positive notes. Foods greet. Atleast what I had. I stuck with Latin food. There menu is all over the place. Asian, Latin, and Mexican. Pretty crazy concept. Food was hot,and well flavored. I'd of scored more. But the price points ar high. I understand EVERYTHINGS going up except people's checks . And I've seen prices go up 2 bucks 3 bucks. But these guys have 30 dollar plates. For food I can go get for 13 14 15 dollars.

Overall horrible experience, service waiters or waitress was not friendly waiting to long for any drink on a Saturday night. Will not be coming back. Went for the second time me and family were not satisfied overall, gave wrong food service when notified with allegies, when ordered couples days before. Better customer service and knowledge of food service would be appreciative. Don't recommend anyone to go there anytime soon.

first time i went, the food was good but the portion on the fried pork and shrimp was so small. went again, and the food was terrible. calamari was freezer burnt. chicken was so dry it wasn’t edible. ribs had no sauce on them and was nothing but fat. drinks were not good either. there was one waitress who couldn’t speak english so it was really hard communicating what we needed or the problems we were having. our drink spilt and there was absolutely no one to come clean it up, i had to go find someone to clean the spill and bring the bill. bill was $90 and the only thing edible was the rice and beans. tried to ask the waitress for the manager and she said she was the manager but she didn’t speak english as i said so it was pointless. i will not go back.

The food needs improvement i had a seafood salad and i was not fresh you can tell it was frozen from the bag. They need to make there own deserts because the onei had it was bought somewhere else and old tasted like freezer.

I went to this restaurant, a friend recommended it and it was awful service. When we first arrived, there was a security guard at the door that just told us to wait for a waitress, which we ended up sitting ourselves down because the waitress never acknowledged us. Once we sat ourselves down we waited for roughly 15-20min before one of us in the group decided to ask the waitress if someone could help us. She took our order and it took a really long time for the first plate to come out. We were a group of 6 and the plates came out one at a time every 20 mins, the last plate came out an hour and half later. Some got to eat first and some of us got to eat an hour 1/2 later. The food was okay but the some things were wrong. I believe there were short staffed there was only 2 waitress and no one at the bar. It’s a shame the food was not bad but the service was horrible. Even when we were ready to pay the never came to our table to bring the check. One of us had to go get them since had been done eating for over 30 mins now.

Very nice place!, but service is awful I was standing at the bar for 30 minutes waiting for a drink, I was ask what I need, I told the bartender and she just walk away and start serving other people and forgot about my order and when I ask for my drinks she was extremely rude. It was my first time and it's the last time. I heard the food was good but if in 30 min I couldn't get something to drink think about getting my food. I'm so disappointed

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. First off, we went on a Sunday night and they had a DJ who played the music so loud that we couldn’t even hear the waitress or our own conversations. This created such an uncomfortable environment to have dinner. What a poor business practice. The menu was too big and the food took about an hour to come out. It was overpriced, extremely salty, and did not come out of the kitchen all at once. And do not pay with a card because they will charge you a five dollar fee. This is 2022! What kind of business nowadays charges their customers for using a card? That is ridiculous! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go across the street to Palate if your looking for PR food and do not waste a dime here.
