Help needed! 4 parties waiting, 75% of the restaurant empty. Had to wait 30 minutes for a table, another 15 minutes for the food. Luckily, the server and cook held it down. I don't like writing bad reviews. So if you're on a date and trying to get to know someone, this is a good place.

My mom, boyfriend and I,went here for Mother's day..Surprisingly, there were only a couple customers there for breakfast. The hostess was wonderful, the food was good, the waitress was unhappy looking and not particularly friendly.. we would thank her for getting us refill for coffee..no smile..said the food was good..no response..still tipped her though...I guess I wouldn't want to work Mother's day either.. maybe she was having a bad day..

Good breakfast with ample servings. They worked hard to create a vegan option that was more than just a salad. Service was slow despite there being not many customers as it was early.

Do not come here on a Monday night. The truck doesn't come until Tuesday. They were out of milk, onion rings, garlic bread, and gods know what else. The food they had was delicious. The service was sloooow.

Chris was very attendance to ours need. We got out8pm. It was my man bday food was good my kids love itt. Very friendly very patient especially with 8 of us. Big order.Kid-friendliness: Zippy cup. Absolutely amazing , we couldn't have been happier with the service and the food ! So friendly happy and chatty . The waitress cared and was on top of everything . The food was perfect , will be going here again when in town ! 10/10 would go again!Kid-friendliness: Brought 3 kids and all of them have never been to a Dennys! They can't wait to go back !

My granddaughter received a chicken sandwich from Denny’s on Boston Rd., Springfield. She cut it in half and went to take a bite but realized the chicken was raw. I told her to call restaurant. The person at Denny’s did apologize and went on to explain that when the fryer is not clean it doesn’t cook chicken properly. He stated it was cleaning day and they would be cleaning it later in evening. He did not offer to send out a new sandwich. My granddaughter stated that she worked in food also and that they should clean the fryer more often. Without offering to send another sandwich he said well you don’t work here and hung up on her.
I got the Senior Salmon; my wife got the Cinnamon Roll pancakes, and my brother in law, got the Grand Slam, with REAL blueberries (for $1 more)All of the food was delicious! Served promptly by our waiter, Christian. He was very good. Attentive, got our orders correct. There when you needed him.we LOVE Denny's. Good, hot, comfort food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Was seated at 1030 waitress took the order at 1045 brought drinks at 1050 then disappeared never to be seen again left 1145 without eating at all they should restaff this location with competent workers

It's not this restaurant's fault I gave the food 4 stars because I can't eat gluten and their gluten free English muffin was just not my favorite. Other than that the server was AMAZING and so nice and helpful and adORABLE! Made sure the food was gf, helped in all my stupid little food quirks. Sometimes you just really need an eggs benedict and Denny's scratched that itch for me.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly

It was a busy Sunday and we waited a bit for service. But the food was worth it! Their mozzarella sticks are literally some of the best I've ever had. Coffee is always on point?. My boyfriend had the biscut and gravy bowl and I had the Bananas salted caramel pancakes.
