“I had placed an order through the automated system but never received a call back or my order however my account was charged. I called and spoke with Tyshawn Who explained to me the situation and what had happened. He went out of his way to send me screenshots of my transaction, and then messaged me to let me know that he had refunded my order and then sent me screenshots of that as well. He also apologized for my inconvenience, and I feel he went above and beyond by sending me all the information I needed.“
“I ordered 14 pizzas, some wings & parm bites for my sons classroom. I ordered ahead to pick up at 11:30AM. When I got there, they were just finishing up my order waiting on the parm bites to come out! Perfect timing. Everything was blazing hot. My car smelled so good afterward. They were super busy when I was in there and they were handling it well & getting organized for lunch. I will definitely be back to this location for future classroom orders!!“
“I odered a parm stuffed crust with pepperoni and this what i got 🤦🏽♀️ the dough was raw i dont even know why they dumped so much sauce. The order was completely wrong and the pizza wasnt even good atleast . This is not the first time they mess up my order ive had to wait over an hour to get burnt cinamon twists i will no longer order from them wich is unfortunate because other places have been Great. The manager at this store need to step up cause they completely suck.“
