Delivery drivers try to take their own tip from your change.
Then you call the store and they do nothing about it.
Driver stole 10 dollars from me by saying he’s going back to get change in his car.

Driver i had was very rude,i was supposed to get a phone call and the guy sent one text and when i checked my phone it said your delivery is here but the text was 8 minutes later i live in a building so i called the number and the guy said oh you didnt answer so im off to the next delivery, reason im upset is dominos representative said the driver will call you when they are outside, i never had a driver text me the always call my phone so i wated for the food and this driver said since i didnt answer his text in a real rude and controlling way like i was suppose to have the phone glued to my face to hear a text but i did have it next to me, but the whole thing is he also lied and said he called 4 times he lied i took screen shot all he did was 1 text, i called liberty dominos and i explained what had happen and the girl in the front also lied for him just letting you know that if this happens to you alk your food will not be coming fresh im very upset decided to cancel the order been a customer for over 15 years now i would have to order somewhere else also holyoke dominos they bring you old food, so check your food before you pay it might not be fresh cause these divers take the scenic route before they bring your food if you dont believe me you will see how unprofessional some of these delivery drivers and front dest workers lie and protect each others lies, but with screen shot availabily and everything showing they didnt do what they claim to do im left hangry and calling someone else to avoid getting in trouble with the way the driver dismissed me like my time and freshness didnt matter, god bless and check your food before you pay, and also dont give driver any excuse to do anything to your food cause i dont trust them after they lied to me 3 times by 2 workers there.

I ordered food online for pick up received a notification that my order was ready set my son in to pick up the order and he was told that it wasn’t ready. He waited about 10 minutes and it still wasn’t ready so I went in to find out what was going on and was told that the order was still being made after waiting another 10 minutes. We were told that only one out of three of my items was made so I had to wait for the other two to be made. when I told the woman that I wanted all three of my items to be made at the same time, she said she wasn’t going to do that that I can either have my money refunded or wait for my other two items at that point my kids had already waited long enough so I had no choice But to wait for my other two items while I was there I witness one of the staff members that were dealing with the food were repeatedly remove his visor, play with his hair and continue to cook the food. I waited about an hour total for my food. The customer service there was terrible. They never apologized in the whole crew was laughing as if the situation was funny. I will never be ordering from there again.

I ordered cheesy bread and wings from this location for my teenager I left in the note to ring the bell so someone can answer driver calls from a blocked number. My phone rejects unknown numbers automatically and of course they take my order and want to deliver it cold. This store didn’t even try to fix the issue they don’t care at all !!! Isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with them that’s why I’ll drive to Granby CT for dominos because they know customer service

The cashier was excellent and pleasant. The cook didn’t understand what I was saying. This probably could have been prevented if he did. And I’m not knocking on someone that doesn’t understand English, but at the same time? If he did, he probably would’ve gotten my order correct.I wouldn’t be going to bed hungry. All of this because I went to Walmart at the last minute to do some grocery shopping and as I was on my way up to the cash register, they decide to close and not cash me out!
