I ordered cheesy bread and wings from this location for my teenager I left in the note to ring the bell so someone can answer driver calls from a blocked number. My phone rejects unknown numbers automatically and of course they take my order and want to deliver it cold. This store didn’t even try to fix the issue they don’t care at all !!! Isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with them that’s why I’ll drive to Granby CT for dominos because they know customer service

Cory was my delivery driver I forgot to answer my phone he honked and waited an extra minute to bring me my food that was super nice thank you for having people go the extra mile

The cashier was excellent and pleasant. The cook didn’t understand what I was saying. This probably could have been prevented if he did. And I’m not knocking on someone that doesn’t understand English, but at the same time? If he did, he probably would’ve gotten my order correct.I wouldn’t be going to bed hungry. All of this because I went to Walmart at the last minute to do some grocery shopping and as I was on my way up to the cash register, they decide to close and not cash me out!

They gave my order to someone else, thus I had to wait for another to be made. And that's the second time in 2 visits that it has happened, so it seems to be an issue at this location. Pizza was good. Operation seemed in disarray.

I had placed an order through the automated system but never received a call back or my order however my account was charged. I called and spoke with Tyshawn Who explained to me the situation and what had happened. He went out of his way to send me screenshots of my transaction, and then messaged me to let me know that he had refunded my order and then sent me screenshots of that as well. He also apologized for my inconvenience, and I feel he went above and beyond by sending me all the information I needed.

There is a person there who collects at the cash register and then starts making pizza but he doesn't wash the rest. That's being dirty. I'm going somewhere else for pizza.

Today at school in class a girl passed out over 20 gift cards & flyers to the kids in school, my son got one. he was so excited he circled the things he wanted to order before I even picked him out, he came running outside so excited . I asked the teacher is this real I have the messages she stated yes the girl handed them out. the girl had said her father manages/works at the dominoes here & decided to give the kids all gift cards on him. my son was so excited when I picked him up instantly I went to order the food for him with it it declined, I called to see the balance it has a zero balance. I called corporate who said they’d let the store know to rectify this situation. I called the store the manager was rude , told me it’s not their fault & their not just going to hand out free food due to a girl passing out their cards she must have taken them all from the front of the store. it’s a little 6 year old girl how would she steal of 20 plus cards & flyers? & if that’s the case it is on the store for not being more aware! I don’t think it’s fair my 7 year old got a dominoes gift card with the card wrapped inside a little card paper envelope that reads “ congrats on being the recipient of this dominoes gift card” the lady was rude & not even a little bit understanding kept saying it’s not their fault & they will not give out free food to my son due to this situation. I’m upset that a store would really handle a situation like this when I told her I don’t mind driving to the store to show her all of this to show I’m not lying . I will never order from here again, the customer service is not okay, my son has communication problems & literally just got out the hospital, this has caused him to have a whole episode & not understand or know how to process this , I will never order from here again.

The lady named Maria was the best with her Coustumer service and work skills on the other hand the guy with the glasses ? I he manager was rude and unprofessional he made me feel uncomfortable with his attitude and his approach.

Been waiting 2 hours for a pizza, still waiting... Manager said they're severely understaffed, and here I am still waiting for my pizza. Avoid ordering here. The tracker is also not good. it's saying the order is complete... it obviously isn't. I am very upset.
Also, they don't have a phone number, so the customer service will hang up on you or transfer you to a different store (Yup, that happened too... multiple times).
I love Domino’s in general but this location is a joke. I’ve ordered double toppings on both of my past orders to this location and both times I got barely a handful on the whole pizza. I am charged for extra, I want EXTRA.
