I had placed an order through the automated system but never received a call back or my order however my account was charged. I called and spoke with Tyshawn Who explained to me the situation and what had happened. He went out of his way to send me screenshots of my transaction, and then messaged me to let me know that he had refunded my order and then sent me screenshots of that as well. He also apologized for my inconvenience, and I feel he went above and beyond by sending me all the information I needed.

No acknowledgement, no greeting, no eye contact until fifteen minutes after but still no greeting or help. Not even the Managers, after I spoke to the New hire JD although he did not know register he tried his very best then I asked Daquan if he new register and he glady with smile an all helped out thanks to only them we got our order started. Everyone else where gone. Unprofessional, even for a Manager, Thank you JD and Daquan very much you guys deserve a raise and maybe show the other employees about great customer service. Keep up the excellent work you two.

Staff here is very friendly. I never have an issue anytime I come. They’re very accommodating. My daughter placed the wrong order and they were able to work with me to fix it. FYI if you order online you save a lot more money.

If I could give negative stars, this place would get a black hole because no light, nothing bright and there's absolutely nothing shining about this embarrassment to Domino's.1. From the counter, one can easily see what's going on in the "kitchen area". I guess the lesser marketing minds at Domino's Corporate decided it's a good idea to let the customers see how their food is being prepared. Maybe it's a good idea for the cooks to wash their hands and wear gloves.2. When I was learning restaurant management with PIZZERIA UNO we were to be Safe Serv certified. A rule still in effect, not only for dining in restaurants, is that ALL cooks' are to have their facial hair trimmed, NEATLY. Somehow the executives missed the email..3. The portions were ridiculously small, damn near non-existent. One pineapple chunk and one banana pepper per slice. What, Domino's can't spare a little bit more for the customer to taste?4. FUN FACT: Domino's increased their prices, made the pizzas smaller with less toppings on the pizza.I sincerely love, honor and respect my family members, the friends I have known for decades as well as recently made friends and acquaintances.I would be losing them all if I ever recommended this Domino's or any other Domino's.
This location sucks, last two times I ordered the first they brought me a whole different order, second time around they had to remake my order to still deliver it with missing items and when I contact them they did not want to give me the direct number to the store they denied and still didnt give me a refund back. If i could put no star i would.

Do not waste your money at this dominos location, employees have no customer service whatsoever and will hang up it your face. I placed a order and never got it due to them canceling it because they do not deliver in my area, and it's been over 2 weeks and still no refund, I've called over 10 times and still haven't gotten this resolved.
