I highly recommend avoiding this place. Unfortunately, it has significantly declined in quality.
My recent experience confirmed why I stopped ordering from this location. After placing my order, I waited for an hour and noticed that the tracker showed my food was still being prepared. I called the store and, frustratingly, was connected to someone not at the location, who then had to forward me to the actual store. After a 25-minute wait, my call was finally answered, only for the person who picked up to put me on hold for another 8 minutes.
When I eventually spoke to someone, I was given the same excuse as before: "our systems are down; it will be another hour." By that point, nearly two hours had passed. Fortunately, they allowed me to cancel this time, but during a previous incident a few months ago, no one answered my calls after a 40 min hold time, and it took three hours to get my food then. Needless to say, the quality was disappointing and not worth the wait.
Save your time and money—choose a different place. You'll thank me later.

The location is Sumner Ave. in Springfield, Massachusetts. Please ensure you check your pizza before leaving the store or getting delivery, as the store does not respond to complaints.

Last night My pizza cost $11. But the five dollar delivery charged brought it to $17. I tried ordering from Sumner Avenue but because of my ZIP Code I was routed to this horrible walnut Street location. When ordering my food the representative on the phone asked me to leave delivery instructions so I left specific instructions. The driver bring the food to my house. Said those instructions were a violation of their rules. I said OK I understand the driver then gave me a nasty attitude demanded that I hurry up and come downstairs to get my pizza before I can get down the stairs. Driver left my pizza on the front porch stairs with the box open! When I called the store to demand a refund the personal answer the phone was just as rude and disrespectful as the driver. The supervisor who took over the call was pretty decent however, I’ve been told to wait for a manager. No one will get me a manager and no one is giving me my money back, I guess it’s time to call the Better Business Bureau. I will never order again. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Super nice delivery guy, quick delivery time, but my order was missing an item, had another item wrong, and the one soda that was provided must have been rolling around the back of the car the whole ride over because it exploded and soaked me and my couch after being walked across my house and placed on a coffee table once it was handed to me. 2/5 parts of the order were right, so they get 2 stars. I registered the complaint with their app and it offers two terrible coupons that expire in thirty days as compensation. I don't eat dominoes that often, and after this I'm less likely to do so again, so what good is a coupon for something they wouldn't even get right to me? That new little Caesars going in down the street is suddenly much more appealing

This Dominos is great. I ordered & the tracker was quick & accurate. Sonya acknowledged me upon entering even though she was in the middle of something & was really kind. My dipping cups were already on top of my order which is awesome because sometimes I forget until I’m home. :) quick, easy, friendly & yummy!!
The manager was super polite and sweet! Beautifully ran store, not sure who the manager was before but this experience was better than any visit before. She welcomed me with a warm smile and respect! Will definitely be ordering from Sumner ave more often! :))

Pizza was great tasting and made but they gave us the wrong pizza and only gave us a credit and wouldn't remake the pizza cause they were cl9sing in 3 mins. And the pizza we recieved had an item on it that one of our people were allergic.

I had an issue with payment and was lectured over the phone about how “in the future you should know our drivers only carry $15 on them.” Must have missed that somewhere. I very rarely order from Dominos and didn’t know that and was not told, so I doubt there will be an “in the future.” The driver actually came with no cash at all, but I don’t blame him for that. So I paid $30 for a pizza that I did not eat. Two stars because the driver was nice enough to bring my money back. Just very disappointed.

I love this dominos. Truly never have any issues with them! My food is always delicious and exactly what I wanted! What made me write a review today is they accidentally gave me the wrong order (never happens) and I called them and they were so sweet and accommodating! They made my order and I went and picked it up no problem! Things happen and I wasn’t upset at all! Usually I would’ve just ate it, I’m not picky, but I was really craving the garlic parm sauce and they remade it super quick and were so nice about it. People make mistakes, we are all human but I’m just so satisfied with how it was handled and how nice they treat me there!! Will continue to go back every time!! Thank you guys xoxo
