Let’s start off by saying how the app sucks and I can’t even log into my account since I’m locked out and called their support line and they can’t even help me with that. So I ordered without being signed in on the app one specialty pizza at the wrong location so I had to call the location To cancel the order, they insist To transfer my order to the correct store that I wanted. They couldn’t Complete the transfer because the store was busy and not picking up the phone so they transferred me to the store. I was on the phone line waiting to connect to a worker at the Desired Location. They picked up the phone and told me my order is ready please hold After holding for five minutes, he told me rudely That he had said before he put me on hold, my order is ready. I walk into the store, All the workers in the store were very dismissive of my arrival. Three minutes later I was told someone will help me shortly three more minutes later someone finally helped me. I gave them my name and phone number They couldn’t find the order And contacted the store I placed my order at. No order had been transferred and I had to wait An additional 15 minutes for my pizza to be made. While going back into the store again, workers were very dismissive towards the front of the store and did not pick up the phone For several minutes, then a worker picked up the phone Told caller to please hold and cash me out for my purchase. Never again will I be getting my pizza at this location.

I ordered food from the Boston’s road store for my family today at lunchtime. When I received the food one of the pizzas didn’t have the garlic sauce on the crust so I called the store to let them know and the person asked which pizza it was. He told me he would send the pizza to me in 30 minutes and I said okay thank you. I waited an hour before calling back. When someone answered he said that someone from the store tried calling me but was disconnected. I told him that I did not have any missed calls. He was rude and literally hung up on me. I tried calling back and they answered and put me on hold and I waited for a few minutes and then hung up. He said they tried calling me to say they needed the pizza back but I had let my kids eat it because an hour had gone by and they were hungry. The first person that I spoke to never told me that they wanted the pizza back or I wouldn’t have let my kids touch it. I have worked there for over a year delivering and have never been asked to take food back when there’s been a mistake.

They got my order wrong she doubled the cake. She doubled the cookies sent me a cold pizza that had been sitting up there then I called and complain and they still sent me the wrong pizza. I will not order from them ever again. I give them one star for food because the multi cake and the cookie brownies were very good

Ordered a Philly cheese sub with only peppers steak, not toasted. Got a pathetic sandwich with no meat on a bun that was hard as a rock. Called the store and was told all the buns are hard, that’s why we toast them to soften them up, REALLY. did also get the Italian sausage primavera and that was good, I would give that a 4 star. Never order a grinder fro dominos again.
Not happy with the service I received Wednesday night, the delivery driver took instructions from someone at the pizza shop who needs better training.

Awful experience. They forgot a piece of my order so I called to let them know and the person who I spoke to on the phone said they would send someone back to bring me the rest of my order. Nobody came, so I ended up paying for food that I never received.

I ordered 14 pizzas, some wings & parm bites for my sons classroom. I ordered ahead to pick up at 11:30AM. When I got there, they were just finishing up my order waiting on the parm bites to come out! Perfect timing. Everything was blazing hot. My car smelled so good afterward. They were super busy when I was in there and they were handling it well & getting organized for lunch. I will definitely be back to this location for future classroom orders!!
