I try ordering some dominos garlic cheese sticks with no corn starch because my son is allergic to them and they told me they don’t that ..is crazy I can’t believe that I’m really upset….
Waited 2 hours for my food that was supposed to be delivered and had to come pick it up instead.
If I could give 0 stars I would but i Cant so Ill give it a 1. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from here and the wait time was 35 mins I waited 30 mins just for my pizza to not even be preped and having to wait 35 more minutes and the last 2 times it was an hour. this isnt aceptable. This is the WORST PLACE to buy a pizza. Make sure to bring a blanket and pillow maybe even a matress BC by the time ur pizza done youll be helping them close the shop
Very good pizza

I stepped into the Domino's on Walnut Street and was warmly greeted by the team. As I placed my order, they kindly acknowledged my daughter who was feeling unwell. I was impressed by their compassion. I only waited 10 minutes for my order, during which time I observed the cleanliness and sanitation of the area. I want to commend the entire team at the Walnut store for their exceptional service. As I left, I felt grateful for the outstanding experience and delicious food that exceeded my expectations, and my daughter's too. The customer service was truly top-notch, a shining example of what it means to serve others. It's a rare pleasure to encounter such exceptional service, and I thank Domino's for being my go-to choice for pizza.

This Domino’s is all around lousy. But it’s a direct reflection of how the franchise owner cares about both his team and his customers. People will always order from Domino’s because it’s cheap, so as an owner you really have to push yourself to go above and beyond to make the experience satisfactory. I have worked at 4 locations in 3 different states. My location in Dallas and in CT were top 10 in sales in those states.
The counter wait at this location is heinous. Way too long staring at your pizza on the rack until someone finally helps. They definitely do not have enough insiders nor do the drivers step up and help the counter. Having the drivers trained on the register is enormous. All it takes is one ding dong calling in and it can destroy your entire flow of product. They barely have any tickets, even on a weekend. And the workers move so slow. They know what they are doing, just slow, and the oven worker takes forever and should not be bouncing back and forth on the make line. There is no reason this location needs both ovens on, on a Thursday night. The volume isn’t there.
This location has an abundance of room. Any one of my stores would have killed for this much room. You can’t be doing a 180 to get to your cut table. It’s a timing thing, that’s a killer. The cut table is a mess, not enough sauces prepped or labeled, dips are hidden so no chance of upselling, sodas hidden, nobody greets you when you walk in, the staff are slow, drivers are routing themselves, staff don’t know how to take phone orders quickly and I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before I just left, and left my pizza there. There is no rhythm or process here. It gives me anxiety to watch it. The guy making pizzas shouldn’t be touching the phone, ever. You just got someone sick.
But when you do get a pizza here it’s inconsistent, toppings just tossed on anywhere, cheese not consistent. Not a lot of care in this operation. Any one of the owners I worked for would be appalled. I understand the Springfield customer may be a bit challenging, but man. Have some respect for the brand.
