Our ladies group of 15 met for lunch. The service was friendly, helpful and professional. The food was wonderful!

The only thing worse than the food was the service. It was also expensive. $2.50 for seltzer. No free refills.

We live so close but have not been till tonight. What a treat this restaurant is. From just the most pleasant server, Ren, to all the in house made food, this is now one of our go to places to dine out.
We started with the pretzel that was piping hot and we loved that it was not drenched in salt. The beer cheese and mustard accompaniments were perfect.
My wife got the fish and chips with the fries and I got the clam strips with onion rings. I am a clam belly person but after Ren told us they were in house breaded and freash I got them and was not disappointed. Nice clam texture and not greasy batter. The fish was good also as we split the two dishes.
I have to give the onion rings their own review as they were the best we have had anywhere. hand done in house. Again not greasy and not overly battered. Crispy and the onion was sweet, had structure but did not pull out of the batter when bitten.
Sitting on the lovely patio on this beautiful night was relaxing and just the thing after a trying day.
Ren, if you see this I hope life gives you back the kindness and energy you served us with. Thank you.

We had a wonderful evening at the pub. The food, service and music was awesome! We definitely will be back. Clean and comfy. Our waiter was the best! Not to loud and not to quiet. Perfect!

Kitchen was extremely slow.

Live Irish music and the New Yorker sandwich (Pastrami and Corned Beef) was about 3/4 to 1 inch thick with top quality meat. Was full after I ate half of it and saved the other half for later.

Donovan’s Irish Pub is a true gem for a cozy, hometown vibe with hearty, home-cooked meals. The salads are surprisingly filling and fresh, and the entrees taste like they were made in a home kitchen, with generous portions and rich flavors. Plus, the prices are refreshingly reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. For anyone looking to enjoy classic Irish pub comfort at an affordable price, Donovan’s is the perfect spot!

From the moment we looked at Justine and said “We know this may sound strange, but we want to have our wedding reception here” and she looked back at us and replied “Let’s do it!”; we knew we were in capable hands. They did not even flinch, but instead were ecstatic when we threw the curveball of “Can we surprise our guests and get married here too?”.

Everyone at Donovan’s truly went above and beyond to make our day so special. Justine and Matt allowed us to view the space as many times as we needed and being able to set up the night before made the day of so stress free.

The food!!! So many different selections to choose from and our guests did not stop raving about it, best meal ever had at a wedding and I’m not just being biased because it was mine!!

Where do I even begin to start with how amazing both the bartenders/event hosts were the entire night?? Colleen and I were able to share a special bonding moment that I will never forget. Both bartenders were constantly behind me and helping with whatever was needed, making sure I was keeping hydrated, making sure I was eating, making sure I was happy, making sure of all the things turned out amazing. We could not of been more blessed to of had such an amazing team that night who helped to make our entire wedding perfect.

How cool is it we can say “We were Donovan’s first wedding!”. Not one of our guests had a clue this was the first event of its kind thrown there and everyone enjoyed their night so much.

THANK YOU SO MUCH to Frank, Justine, Matt, and to every single member of Donovan’s staff for the best wedding Daniel and I could have asked for, we truly appreciate it! ❤️

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very comfortable. Our waitress was great. Friendly, efficient, attentive, just the best. I had the Shepherds pie, an excellent choice. My companions had the fried mushrooms, fried fish sandwich on Texas toast and French onion soup. All delicious. Nothing was over salted as are some establishments. A wonderful dining experience.

Everything was great! Could not ask for a prettier view. The wait staff smiled and welcomed you in. Not always the case at restaurants. When asked they made great dinner suggestions. The food was delicious. My husband had the fish and chip dinner. He loved it. I choose the corned beef sandwich. Oh my…. Yummy! Give Donovan’s Irish Pub a chance you won’t regret it.

Miss the old time feel of the old location, but the new place is very nice. The food was spot on, great open place, and the service was great! Good to have the New Yorker back. Congrats on the new location, but the prices are far from fair for pub food, once affordable tastey pub food is now hitting 90 dollars plus which does not make it worth it for a family. Very disappointing.
