Stopped in at a busy time. As usual, they were short staffed. Let me tell you about Andrew and Brandy, the 2 that showed up to work that shift. Andrew helped me as soon as he got a free moment, and Brandy, who was single handedly dealing with drive through, kept reassuring me - when she had a spare moment to breathe - that someone would be right with me.
I greatly admire these 2 who in spite of being overwhelmed were courteous and professional.
Side note - Donuts were mediocre and the munchkins stale, but to be honest I expected that coming in at 3:24 in the afternoon.
Give these 2 hard workers a raise Dunkin Donuts! You need more people like them.

Over the years I think Dunkin coffee has weakened. You never get the coffee you're expecting it's either to weak, or to sweet, and you're standing at the booth trying to correct it to your standard which is annoying

I don't understand how this particular Dunkin is making any money. Your employees should not be prioritizing their conversations over consumers. People want to be able to run on dunkin, not sleep at dunkin. The fact I'm willing to drive a whole mile out to go to a different Dunkin is crazy. Today, I waited 10 minutes to order 2 donuts that I still ended up not getting and just leaving because the employee just placed the bag on the counter and continued walking. This is not the first time I experienced this, but today, I'm absolutely fed up with the unprofessional employees and environment.

I don't know who was working today, but whoever it was either doesn't know what they're doing or didn't want to work today. I've ordered two orders through DoorDash. The first one they didn't bring me everything complete and what they did bring wasn't correct with what I ordered. Then I ordered a second time and the same incompetence.If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars. The supervisor or the owner should pay more attention to their employees.

Wish I I could give 0 stars, the manager STACY said I couldn’t order melted sugar anymore only liquid. I never have this issue at any other Dunkin. She said she been with the company 30 years why is her store the only one with a problem with melted sugar. Had to have my drink remade 3 times and the food took 15 minutes. Terrible location
Never got through this line in under 10m. I could be the only vehicle, ordering a black coffee and still wait 10m.
Today's episode, after a 5 minute wait in the speaker, I come around the drive through to the window, to wait another several mins for a personal conversation- between the car at the window and window staff-I left. The dunkin on carew is far better.

Without new management this store won't be open much longer. Taking tips from the tip jar is stealing from your employees. Management leave your attitude at home, don't bring it to work...

My little sister is 17, she attends Putnam and is currently doing dual enrollment for her associates in nursing. Last fall she did an internship to work alongside with surgical techs at bay-state. She is a barista herself and a server. She comes to this dunkin location occasionally for her morning iced coffee and lattes every single time whether I go with her or we’re on FaceTime the I suppose manger with red locks always speaks to her rudely and belittles her in the sense that she doesn’t have the capability to make sure mobile orders are done within a timely manner before the customer arrives while maintaining the pace of the drive through. And that’s okay maybe this job isn’t for her..I’m writing this review to say I don’t know if half of the employees of this dunkin is on some kind of power trip but yall need to get it together. It’s not okay to speak to anyone as such. The purpose of any customer not just my little sister placing a mobile order is to have the order ready before the customer arrives not for maybe a high school drop out to get sassy over inconveniencing their customers.

Used to be good, now the manager and staff seem overwhelmed, twice in a row i order on box, get to window and told "No you did not order, go around or go away." Did manage to get one free bagel while manger and worker argued over my order!! Too bad, avoid during mornings

Donuts taste mass produced not like back in the day when the time to make the donuts commercials were running coffee at all locations seems weak like watered down maybe they should make a deal with cafe Bustelo and really get people running with strong Expresso coffee turbo shots don't fix the problem just something off in a pinch I will grab a cup of joe maybe a sandwich but you can tell frozen fried eggs from real eggs you shouldn't pay more for less quality on anything
Don’t work here they will leave you all alone to do drive thru, front counter, kitchen and mobile orders all by yourself without barely any training and the manager is rude hates when her employees ask her questions
