Very disappointing experience. The service is extremely slow, the coffee tastes bad, and even the food is prepared with no care — I literally got a bagel with no cream cheese after waiting a long time. The staff seems unorganized and the waiting time is always way too long. I don’t recommend this location at all

Granted it's a dunks and I typically don't write reviews on them but sitting 10 minutes at a window waiting for a sandwich and a refresher is a little bit ridiculous watch them go in and out of a car out back on break smoking weed to the point that even my kid could smell it a little unprofessional to say the least we were in the area for a wrestling tournament we play some mobile order when we got there 20 minutes later for a walk and pick up it wasn't ready it wasn't even started went back just to get my kid a refresher for the ride home and that's when we waited in line it's a little ridiculous

This place has gone downhill! I don't know what's changed but management needs to get a new staff! The food has been horrible and at other times I have to leave because I'm waiting forever for someone to take an order and when I go to the window no one is there!

Omg awful. Worst Dunkin ever. The bullshit we have to be put through for a one-coffee order is ridiculous. This one hires the bottom of the barrel with the worst attitude and worse case of laziness I have ever seen. It's empty, so no one wants to sit there for 15 minutes for one item just because you don't want to work. Also you are making the vagrancy problem worse by leaving us out there waiting forever. When we're out there THAT long, sketchy folks be preying upon us. But these lowlife employees do not care. This is 3/3 and there will not be a 4th time. No reason left to give you the benefit of the doubt.

the Worker was very disrespectful when SHE made the mistake with my drink and low-key was giving a lot of attitude when I was being nothing but nice don't go here if u don't wanna be disrespected by some crusty ass old white girl just to get some mid ass food

Stopped in at a busy time. As usual, they were short staffed. Let me tell you about Andrew and Brandy, the 2 that showed up to work that shift. Andrew helped me as soon as he got a free moment, and Brandy, who was single handedly dealing with drive through, kept reassuring me - when she had a spare moment to breathe - that someone would be right with me.
I greatly admire these 2 who in spite of being overwhelmed were courteous and professional.

Side note - Donuts were mediocre and the munchkins stale, but to be honest I expected that coming in at 3:24 in the afternoon.

Give these 2 hard workers a raise Dunkin Donuts! You need more people like them.

Over the years I think Dunkin coffee has weakened. You never get the coffee you're expecting it's either to weak, or to sweet, and you're standing at the booth trying to correct it to your standard which is annoying

I don't understand how this particular Dunkin is making any money. Your employees should not be prioritizing their conversations over consumers. People want to be able to run on dunkin, not sleep at dunkin. The fact I'm willing to drive a whole mile out to go to a different Dunkin is crazy. Today, I waited 10 minutes to order 2 donuts that I still ended up not getting and just leaving because the employee just placed the bag on the counter and continued walking. This is not the first time I experienced this, but today, I'm absolutely fed up with the unprofessional employees and environment.
