Loved going to this Dunkin to start my day. The manager is SUCH a sweetheart, you can tell she makes her drinks with love. She is very personable and makes your experience feel very at home and easy. Will definitely come back here if I’m in Massachusetts again!

I have been to this place on 2 occasions and both times the same with the employee with the green hair, terrible and arrogant attitude. There are 3 employees in the morning you see two of them working and the one with the green hair talking and talking.

I attempted to go here every morning on my way to a horse show . One morning no cappuccino because the machine needed cleaning at 830 am which seems like poor planning. I went to another DD and got some. Next morning the scanner was not working so I couldn't use my DD app. Highly annoying.

I am seriously dissatisfied with my meal! I used to work at a #dunkindonuts.. I would never have served an over toasted hard croissant. With. Money down the drain. So much for the new sandwich. Too bad I can't add a pic of this disgrace to this review.
